Epi opens with Koki telling Gopi her punishment. Hetal pleads with Koki to reconsider. Koki tells her that Rashi has told her a blatant lie and because of this Gopi too told a lie. Gopi is crying and Rashi looks upset. Koki tells Gopi the aarti is about to begin so she should leave. Koki pushes her away. Everyone looks upset. Jigar and Aham lower their eyes as everyone else watches Gopi walk away.
Next scene, aarti is taking place and Gopi is watching it from the balcony above the mandir. Koki asks Aham to come forward and conduct the aarti. Gopi watches him as sad music plays.
PART 2
Gopi prays and asks if her mistake was so wrong that her right to partake in pooja was snatched away. She asks why maa has made her so alone and cries as the family complete the aarti.
Koki announces that they will play garba soon and Jigar asks Rashi to go with him. Koki looks angry. Gopi continues to watch the family enjoy themselves. Jigar praises Rashi, Hetal smiles at this but then catches a glimpse of Gopi watching them. Kinjal too notices and glances up at her. Gopi takes one last look at Aham and begins to walk away. When she leaves, Kinjal tells herself "Thank God this gawar did not tell mom anything." She asks herself if Gopi will ruin her plan.
Next scene, Gopi walks into her room and looks upset. Kinjal walks in and tells Gopi that even though she didn't tell mom what she saw today, it does not mean she should think she has done her a huge favor. She tells Gopi not to even dream of telling Koki the truth. She tells Gopi sarcastically that she is telling her this for her own good since by telling Koki the truth Gopi may get an even bigger punishment for telling another lie. Gopi looks scared. Kinjal tells her she always gives Koki stress some way or another and that she should stop. Just then, Koki sees Kinjal talking to Gopi. She angrily asks Kinjal why she is there.
PART 3
Kinjal tries to make some excuse but Koki stops her and says that she clearly told everyone not to speak to Gopi. Koki tells Kinjal to leave. As Koki walks away Gopi calls after her and stops her. She asks for forgiveness and says that whatever she said and did was not to bring her any pain or difficulty. She begs to be allowed to partake in the pooja. Koki replies that her word is final but Gopi stops her again and asks to just take part in the evening pooja but Koki ignores her and walks out. Gopi calls after her.
Kinjal is walking around and Koki calls her name angrily. She asks her why she went to Gopi. Kinjal tells her she went to explain to Gopi that she shouldn;t make these mistakes. Koki tells her that scolding younger members of the family is not her right and that she should focus solely on her responsibilities. She tells Kinjal to go to her room and tells her not to speak to Gopi again.
Next scene, the family is playing garba in the main room. Hetal and Parag are chatting about their Navratri memories. The flower man comes to the door and asks for Rashi who goes to fetch her purse to pay him. When she asks for the price she is shocked to hear it is so expensive and tells the man that she will not pay this much. Koki is shocked. Rashi tries to pay him less but the man defends himself. Koki walks over and tells her to give him the full amount. Rashi gives him the full amount and once he has left Koki scolds her and walks back to the main room. She tells Hetal that she fears that not everything will go smoothly with the Mehtas with the person around who has all the responsibilities (referring to Rashi). Hetal tells her not to worry.
Next scene, Kinjal is in her room talking to Umang on the phone. She complains about Gopi. She asks him what they will do tomorrow, when the Mehtas come to finalize everything. Umang tells her he can do nothing tomorrow so she must handle it herself. Kinjal agrees and holds on to her suitcase. She says she is completely ready to leave the house and Umang smiles upon hearing this. He hangs up and tells himself that once Kinjal breaks this rishta she will learn her lesson.
