Does anyone know why Nishi and the other doctors call Neel Neelum or something like that isn't his name Neel seriously its annoying cuz Neel is way better. Neelum sounds like a name for a puppet 😊 and Neel is my favourite in this serial other than Saloni. Maybe he changed his name??

neel changed his name himself....we dun knw the reason behind it tho!they ll probably shw it soon! 😛

😆 Neelam is a girl's name as pointed out by anmoldang. Neel has changed his named to Neerav and in future episodes we will come to know how that happened. Btw Neel was so caring towards Saloni today his performance was wonderful too. 😳
