i also think dat cuz in da 15th indian update yug calls hiz mysterious boss informing him abt saloni's health nd den yug says in hiz mind dat does he wish good or bad for saloni????? nd i think dat it could b neel but i think he wants 2 create a rift between saloni na nahar so he could get saloni.....if dis iz really true neel iz evil...... 😭

Yeah i thought it was Neel too!! Thats the only other person who would make sense!
Otherwise it miiiiight be (very very UNLIKELY tho) that its shubra's husband (whatever his name is), coz even he wanted to marry saloni at some point yeah? but that wouldnt really create that DHAMAKEDAR effect so am kinda sure it would be neel..thats the only male character missing from saat phere at da moment!! :)
