It's also possible that Chandni hanged herself in purani dodi.

Whether it was a murder or a suicide, chandni's family members would come and try to get to the depth of the matter.. They must be living somewhere in the world. We got to wait and see !

If they show that chandni died and they hid her body somewhere, then, there will be loop hole in the story!
Chandni's family wouldn't let that happen so easily.
