The script writers of SP r doing such a bad job of winding up the story that it is laughable . They started the story with color discrimination , and in the middle , for years together , totally forgot the issue and brought in one corny adventure after the other . Now they r pathetically trying to end the story by putting in color discrimination in the Sawri story ..........a story that never took off !
Is there any time left now for anything new ? This kind of scriptwriting is so juvenile ! So many unnecessary characters have already disappeared and now this stupid BUasa comes ! Kaveri goes unpunished and Kamini smirks , Tara and Bhabho r forgiven for their inhuman acts , Amrit gets nothing and latkofies like a dry imli from a tree , and the young gals Shweta and Sawri who r barely eighteen r happily getting married as if nothing else in life awaits them and this is the message ............the moment ur eighteen , marraige is the answer !
Pathetic , Pathetic message ! Only today morning in AAj Tak they showed a rickshaw driver educating his daughter to become an IIT engineer although he was himself uneducated ...........and Saat Phere gives such corny messages claiming masses like it ! It is so disappointing ! At least end it properly without using the brains ! It is when the brains r used that the corny ideas flowed in so dont use them and end it !

I agree with you Didi, it is pathetic with a capital P. Why would they want to bring up the issue this late in the show it makes absolutely no sense. Creatives are twisted, twisted I tell you.

i agree with u.this wasn't the time to bring this issue.forget about rest of the characters they should have shown some justice to altest amrits character.he lived with this family for so long and now also after knowing the truth they are least bothered about saying sorry to such a nice humanbeing.

Agree with u koolsadhu. Its been since Nahar died and Amrit track started. Its been such a jumbled up and hushed up affair. The leap, Sal in jail, Sawri being servile, nothing makes sense, all ridiculous stuff darted at the viewer. I wld say party becoz the writer & producers got busy with other shows and this probably this lead to complacency and dearth of ideas. Wish the channel had at least intervened.

I totally agree with you, it's like cuase the show is ending, they are giving the most pathetic ending ever, I told my mum, Saloni so going to forgive them, after everything shes been thorugh, and I was right. This show just shows Saloni has no self respect, and the message is, even you are getting inhumane treatment, you still forgive your family. Wah what a message, PATHETIC.

At this time I firmly believe who so ever has been writing for SP for the last three(3) months has a narrow view of women and children. In retrospect the last three (3) months they simply laid the ground work for the now infamous leap. However, they failed to clue in the audience who were following the Nahar death track. One is still left clueless about amrit. How do you create discrimination when there is no discrimination? There was no way a child born to NS would not have been loved and not had an enjoyable childhood. But how does one create discrimination? I guess in the writer's mind by giving the child a heritage as a servant. Its funny Shweta is a low-caste adopted baby but the 'aunt' or Kaveri doesn't point that out or make a fuss but the real shocker is a high-caste Rajput girl being dark is the bigger problem (I don't think that's a problem but if they are being small-minded that's an example of being small-minded). I don't think the writer knows what discrimination is.

As a heroine for me Saawri was a failure - to me she was simply a Saloni lookalike or a wanna be Saloni. The show degenerated into a Bidaai wanna - Bidaai is a story of two sisters, Sadhna (fair) and Ragini (dark). Sadhna is the adopted child in the family. Eventually two sisters marrying two brothers with one sister sacrificing for the other in this case the adopted one.

Savri for me had no passion or drive. I found it really funny in the last episodes that Saawri was unaware of why her mother went to jail. We had characters as Kalika and Aditiya who had passion for their mother, our new heroine had no curiosity to ever look seek or ask about her mother. She lived in that house for six years where her mother was hated and she had no passion to find out about her mother. Dash, who knew Saloni for six years - wanted to know the truth. Why did she go to jail etc. Sawri could have stood up to her grandparents to marry the old man. But she could not seek to find out about Saloni imprisonment from them.

I do not think the writers have any idea what a happy ending is, if the marriage of Sawri and Shweta is a happy ending or a logic conclusion then they have failed miserably. Saloni's character was expected to forgive Nahar's family. But the writer's heap further unhappiness for the character by making her go back to that home. They should have left her in the ashram where she was at peace with herself. They brought her back to supposedly take care of her daughters. But as she arrives they are then married off and she's left in the house alone with Tara et al. As normal no poetic punishment or plain justice for Bhaboo or Tara or Kaveri.

Why not have the girls' decide they need to finish their education before settling down or wanting to spent some time with their mother who they haven't seen for years before settling down or simply they are too young to get married. I remember the scene where Saloni, Pia, Savitri and Kakasa was talking about what they wanted their children to grow up as. Saloni wanted Shweta to be a doctor, Pia wanted Vaidei to be a Pilot and Savitri wanted Sawri to be a good person.

I so agree with you. Ending is pathetic. There is no emphasis on education in these serials. Lack of education is the main reason for torture girls go through.
