Didn't Jiji get property papers from Saloni in exchange of Savri? So how come the singh parivaar has everything and Jiji is still blackmailing Sal for money. I just don't understand or did I miss something.

Jiji have property paper but she is felony and on run for killing nurse, so she can't come and claim the estate as well as bussiness.

In the episode where Jiji met Amrit and gave Saloni the milk bottle and the 'picture' of her child - she mentioned the police was looking for her.. That is why she's been blackmailing Saloni for money.
