Why do the creatives always create a miscarriage with the main character's first child. Why can't there be a normal delivery? I can't even think of any main character with a normal delivery.

i now this is wat i jus hate. always miscarrage, somein wrong wiv the baby it's jus sooooooooooooo annoying. i ahte it they make us wait ages for ther baby to be born n then they jus kill it off

maybe saloni's child is alive and kalika hide him.because i read aashka's artical when they say that kalika will marry with kshitij and There is a also mystery related to her family which will be revealed in the future." maybe this is what they say.
