First of all, it was an awesome episode, very much enjoyable and it showed what I was hoping for...C-parivar getting united to help Toasty achieve her aim. So, at the end of the day, nani ma agreed that the promise has been fulfilled and Nitika can continue with her job. Every one is very excited and happy. However, only Toasty notices that nani ma has given her decision half-heartedly and isn't satisfied. After a day of hard work, Toasty remains unappreciated and sad.

I am sure nani ma is not satisfied because Tej, Ved, Prachin and dada ji helped Toasty with some of the home chores when Toasty was gone out with nani ma to show Gyan in the hospital as he had temporary deafness in his right ear. As such in order to compensate for Toasty's time-loss these guys at home came up with the idea of helping Toasty. After all, everything is fair in love and war. Didn't nani ma add achar-making and pitaji invited 6 guests who don't eat onion-garlic food so Toasty had to prepare food all over again? Not all days are created equal, even with help from men, I still think this was an above average day for Toasty and she nailed it. Most of all, take-home message for nani ma should be that everyone loves Toasty in this house, everyone loves each other in this house and they very well know how to stand-up for each other and stand united during testing times. Of course, minor altercations will be there which will bring unwanted stress in family for a few days but what matters most is that family knows how to deal with it and emerge a winner against all odds.

Beautiful story today and perfect if you remove nani ma from the picture :)

P.S. It wasn't just a win for Toasty, it was a win for entire family đŸ€—

yess... they are such a cute family.

happy that toasty won. but i am not too happy with her win since nitika will be off the hook now. Tej was right, she is always in the kitchen running around and doing everything for everyone. thats not fair. especially when she is the youngest.

Now that i think of it, nani's approach was totally wrong. her challenge should have been for Nitika to manage both house and office work. give her a week to see how she manages both. that would have been more fair.

toasty is such a sweet character. i loved it how she didnt like it that nani ma was not happy and she felt bad making her loose. love that character.

Pujli: I think next track should be Nitika realizing that she needs to maintain a good work and home-life balance. She may try to negotiate with her employer so as to work only 3-4 days a week instead of 5-6 or she may negotiate to work half-days on certain days. Many women in the US do that, don't know so much about work culture in India.

Having said that I still insist that it is unfair for everyone to expect Nitika to lose her job or to call her selfish etc. Tej mentioned today that for last 1 and half years Toasty has been working like crazy in the house for others happniess. Nitika has entered this family only 15-20 days back. Why is Nitika being tagged as selfish, why not Toasty's husband Tej, other C-men...Pashu, Ved, Prachin, Gyan, Pitaji (I leave out dada ji because he is too sweet to be criticized). Why haven't these men thought of Toasty's selfless sacrifice for last one and half years. Why are they not expected to help her in day to day chores, or get a maid to assist her, or buy appliances that will make her life easy. Why is it that a new bahu/women in house is automatically considered a new maid. There is no difference between Prachin (who voted in favor of Tej-Toasty wedding only so he could escape from home-chores) and people who expect Nitika to help with home chores after her marriage to Ved.

That's nice to read. Chuck Nani the C parivar men helping Toasty is a good sign. If everyone contributes including Nitika then things would be easier.

Was Toasty sad for not getting appreciation? If so then why? Selfless acts should not expect gratitude.. If one expects thanks then the act itself becomes selfish. Toasty or anyone for that matter should take on the job they are capable of. Let people know when you need help. Mahaan atma act gets annoying for normal humans. I hope they show Nitika helping around and not leaving the job.

Even though I used unappreciated and sad in the same line, it doesn't imply that Toasty was sad because nani ma didn't appreciate her. I think Toasty was sad because she could sense that unlike other family members nani ma looked unhappy and dissatisfied.

Love this statement 😊 Really, the episode showed the unity of the C parivaar...everyone worrying about each other and trying to help each other out 😊 Their love and concern for each other is their key to success in everything.

I really want Nani ma to be out of the picture...I really thought she would add a cute element to the family...like an extra Dadaji in woman form but she is just creating more problems than starting them. Not that I have a major problem with her or anything...or even a major problem with her old fashioned thinking...but I still can't forget those evil-ish type smirks she was giving before and how disappointed she was today in losing this bet...she played a game just to get Nitika in the house and doing housework just because more than being concerned for the family, she was bothered by the fact that Nitika works outside...I hate when people play such games with their words, etc.

akhir vimla ki shadow jeet hi gayi.. 👏 no need to be guilty toasty... it was not cheating... it was the love and concern of everyone towards you.. đŸ€—

and nani should see and feel this love of the family towards toasty instead of complaining about others helping her 😊
utho nani.. aap bhi jaikara laga lo..'toasty mata ki jai' đŸ„ł

i definitely agree about giving the test to nitika, not toasty.almost every housewife, who has a job,go to the office after finishing work in kitchen
.nitika has no responsibilities, about anything except her job.she should realize, she lives in a joint family & it s her duty to help toasty especially now,as she does everything alone.
nani ma does nt help toasty in any way, except giving orders.why cant she help her in the kitchen, cutting veg,or something like that. her daughter was a bahu in that house before
actually they don't need nani in that house.instead they need 2 maids, who help toasy with household works.
