Just appreciate they are no longer child and it is their wish how they want to handle it and parent's duty comes only when the child asks for help/support. They should simply let them know they are there when required and do nothing more.

That raises an interesting thought.\If parents need to shut up and not interfere when children are grown up then why does the grown up child rush back to childhood home expect to be welcomed back unconditionally unquestioning-ly. Toasty is behaving like the Chaturs now. Shouting instead of just explaining that she needs time.

Why are Chaturs allowed to misbehave with Toasty family? Even Toasty didnt step in and say dont talk to my parents in this way.
