Mansen announces Arjun's and Shefali's engagement. Arjun makes it very clear to Shefali that the baby is Bhavri's and he will not marry anyone.
Mansen asks HML about Devika, in the meantime comes down. Mansen takes her to the center of the floor and announces their partnership, and introduces Devika to all the guests present. Devika tells everyone that today there is new partnership between the Goenkas and Parekhs, and for her its not only a matter of business, but also a new relationship has started, people say that in business you should use the head, but for me a good businessman also uses the heart. Arjun thinks the Bhoomi also used to think the same way.
Rahul comes and take Bhoomi aside and shows her the file, she is impressed by the work he did, he tells her he forged everyone's signature. Yuv comes there and takes the file from Rahul and goes thru it again.
There is a call for everyone to come and dance on the dance floor.
Arjun and Shefali dance together, Bhoomi looks at them, then asks Rahul to dance with her. While dancing she goes round and round and bangs against Arjun. Shefali is jealous and Rahul can sense the attraction, love between Arjun and Bhoomi.
Mansen goes to the center of the floor to make another announcement. He tells everyone that he shared one happiness with them that of partnership, now he would also like to share another happiness, he calls Arjun and Shefali near him, and announces the engagement of Arjun and Shefali.
Bhoomi is surprised and feels hurt as well. Rahul goes to Bhoomi, she tells him that this does not make any difference to her, as he is not the Arjun she loved, and goes to congratulate Arjun.
Bhoomi goes to where Arjun and Shefali are standing and holds out her hand and says congratulations Mr. Arjun. Arjun shakes hand with Bhoomi. Bhoomi tells him that she heard his first wife passed away recently and its good to see that he has recovered from his loss so soon. She tells Shefali that it seems she is very happy as though she was waiting for this moment. Shefali tells her that she and Arjun love each other very much. Arjun is just quiet.
Shefali tries to become cozy with Arjun by clutching his arms, but he just pushes her away and leaves.
The party is over. Whole family is in a room, Arjun confronts Mansen and tells him he has not right to make a decision regarding his life. Shefali tells Arjun why did he insult her in front of everyone. Arjun tells her that he does not love her but he love only Bhavri. Gurvanti tells Arjun that Bhavri is dead, Arjun tells Gurvanti that Bhavri may be dead for them, but for him Bhavri is very much there. Mansen tells Arjun that he cannot live by memories alone.
Shefali tells him that she will take her kid and leave. She tells him when the kid grows up his mother will be me, and you will be his father, and what will we tell him what our relationship is. Arjun starts shouting, and tells Shefali that the kid is not yours. Shefali picks up the baby and tells them she is leaving. Arjun takes the baby away from Shefali and tells her that the baby is Bhavris and he will not marry anyone and leaves the room.
Arjun brings the baby to his room, puts it on the bed, picks up Bhavri's pic and talks to it. He says that if you were here this would have not happened, no one else would have claimed that the baby is theirs. I will not let Krishna go anywhere, only you have rights over Krishna and me, come back for me and for Krishna. Arjun cries.
At the Parekh House, Bhoomi prays. She tells Bhagwan that all this is your doing, and good that now Arjun has gone away from my life. He is going to marry Shefali, now no relationship with me, cause if there would have been a relationship it might have made me weak.
LK comes and says that sometimes near achieving victory people develop doubt. You have to think then act. I would like to see how you put your thoughts into actions and go forward to your deeds (Karam).
