i think by next to next week arjun will confess his love
as in Saas Bahu aur Saazish, karan said ki arjun will realise that bhanvari is his love and there love story will be shown in coming episodes.also 23rd March (their wedding anniversary)is coming and arjun said in Yesterday's episode that all 3 of us have to go to Rajasthan for work, i think Keshav won't go due to some work, only two of them will end up in Rajasthan and that's the place where he will speak his heart out ( coz in starting of Saarrrthi- bhumi's entry was shown by bhumi dreaming of herself with arjun - song was morni baga mein bole aadhi raat ko-)it would be a perfect place and timing
