I think they just pick few singer from audition. mostly they get good trained singer from music academy to make competition more interesting.

Graet Epi. thanks for the post. Most of the kids were good, some no so much, but by far the best was Rohit Shyam (OSO) sounded like an adult. This is going to be a good competision.
