did any one get any reponse from Zee?

those who have mailed to Zee customer service / hero hond.group..have they responded ?? regarding himesh's triangle love story or harresment...even i had mailed them..this is what they replied...

I got a resospnse to my mail which is as follows:
These were my suggestions/queries

"Dear sir,

I am a regular follower of Saregamapa C2007, and enjoy watching the show and make it a point not to miss a single episode. I appreciate your honest effort in discovering hidden singing talents and providing them a platform to showcase their skills. I have come to feel attached to the contestants of the show and savour all their performances which i feel are top class.

In this connections i have some queries & suggestions for improving the show to make it a huge success which i hope will be taken up for consideration.

My suggestions & queries are:
1. Since you have announced the prize for the winner, are there any remunerations or awards for the runner up or the finalists who made it to the top?
2. Is it possible to change the gharana format and make all the judges nuetral so that all the contestants are treated on par by all the judges, and all the mentors could stay in the show till the end?
3. The Gurugraph is not at all serving any purpose since the points given do not really commensurate with the performance, hence will it not be simple if the judges just give their comments on the performance and discard the graph all together? One more thing is judges are not commenting on Friday's performance so it would be difficult for the voters to judge who sang better?

4. Is it possible to introduce public voting when there are just 10 or 8 or better 6 contestants instead of present 14, where there could be an unjust exit of a talented singer on the basis of insufficient votes too early.

5. The choice of songs chosen do not really test the contestants on their allround ability and sometimes even affect the voting, could something be done about it?

6. Can we see some luminaries of classical music or music directors as guest judges since they can give their valuable opinion which would help the singers in their career in the long run?

7. Now regarding you official website i would like to draw your attention to the official website of Indian idol which is far far better since we can see an entire episode online even we have missed it for some unavoidable reasons apart from host of other excellent features which i feel is lacking in your website.
