Why did Bappida sing Chiro dini for Sumi - Page 3

his penchant for singing, every now and then is by far the most irritating thing in this contest for me... 😡 height was when he sung that cheapo song " ek aankh maru toh dooji aankh" for asarani 😡 ,poor guest's expression was worth watching 😆

The real question is ....

Why does Bappida do anything? 😉

Why does he have to sing and if he has to sing, why dedicate songs that most definitely don't suit the requiremnt...? why? why?

oy vey kya zamaana hai...so called mentors singing lovey dovey songs for their own contestant/children.

This is a great poem, I do not know who wrote it. Bappi sang it very well to express a certain mood and feeling. It just an expression of love which is not directed at anyone but a rare feeling one gets when living through one's own experience in the past. Bengali is a great language for expression and Tagore used it effectively too. I love it.
