Definitely agree with you,Dizzy, Amanat now has to prove that he can entertain, he has to showcase his stage presence, reveal his charismatic side

to appeal the masses. He is beginning to come out of his shell and it is ;lovely to watch him. Hope he can make it to he final 3 somehow,he will be a pleasure to watch.

My impression is, Amanat sounded great when there was no Raja, Aneek around , he used to sing songs with classical elements and he really had no serious competition. As of now he is selecting popular songs which sounds quite boring to me(regardless of whoever sing them), i find this as one of the reason why i find him not as impressive in the earlier stages of the competition. But there are many listeners who are liking this as he is garnering the votes, ultimately that is what it takes to win !

Amanat is actual singer he don't have any competitor so far others are good but they are not singer stuff just time pass now days nobody like classic music or ghazal style even VS can not under stand that type music that's way VS pushed Amanat to change style now by luck Amanat's move very successful to sing new songs where no need to work hard based on disco music just dance and clap for example when Amanat sang classic based song no one said "once more" when he sang "koi mil gaya" every one shouting once more so now he gained popularity and votes which is quite enough for Amanat. 👏

Totally agree with you. The poor chap is selecting popular songs and trying to showcase himself as a total performer out of necessity to impress voting pubilic. He has shown how capable he is as a singer but he was not connecting with audience because he was quiet and focussed on singing alone and didnt get hype from judges either. He is just trying to connect to the audience because I remember reading in an interview him saying he was confident 99% on his singing capability he could win this contest but voting is not based on singing alone.

I think the Koi Mil Gaya song may have been ID's idea as normally Amanat looks serious and does not sing lighter songs.😳

classical based songs and ghazal song are only he can sing.
if he try any other type song he will be done.
and this two type of song does not qualify him to be winner
next couple of week will show that and he will be out

to be winner your singing has to be allaround

look at, why MAULI, MUSSARAT GOT OUT
because they can sing only certain typeof songs

maybe ur right
but amant is one of the only versatile singers
left after junaid,harpreet and maybe even mauli left
he can sing in so many different genres
so its not that he or his song selections is going down but i
think that u just like his classical singing better
than his mixture of songs.

we are looking for playback singer for hindi film in this show.
How many classical based songs and ghazal are there in
today's film? not many.

ID is good MD and his compositionare mostly classical and semiclassicalbase andhe does not have any work right now

while today's popular MD VS,Himesh Essan---etc has lots of work they can not keep up with.

so, amanat is yesterday's singer we are looking for is todays singer

I agree, even I used to adore his previous performances like Kadhi aa mil, yeh hosla, ya rabba, sawan beeto, mera naina etc.. they were all awesome. He has been my favorite from day one but not many noticed him then,, Now he is choosing more peppier songs which I agree are not memorable & does nothing to showcase his immense singing talent... but its getting him popular!!! so I guess that serves the purpose for him. Whatever happens in this show.. I see his future as a famous classical/ghazal singer heading a classical troop in pakistan. I think thats where he is at his best & I would like him to seek a career there than the more lucrative bollywood industry!
