again i agree he is not powerful like today's MDs , his time was 20-30 yrs back , the attention he is getting now may be is more than sufficient for him

First of all Mauli was his favorite and if you watch the Hungama episode. The channel asked him why he is praises her above all. He said she is very popular and has a huge fan base thats why he was confident she would not leave the competition. He had more confidence in Mauli than Sumedha because he thought she was his stronger contestant to lead him to victory. That's why he also called Mauli and not Sumedha when Aneek and Amanat were on stage.

Mauli's elimination must have been a shock to Bapppida. He would also be angry with the janta that his chahiti is out. I don't think the channel staged this even if they did, it was still Bappida's choice as to what extent to go to.

Bappida's was one of my favorite judges because he gave points that were fair instead of throwing tens. He also gave the most breaks to the contestants. I no longer feel the same way not because of the way he looks or he was popular during the 80's but because of his recent actions.

lolzzz good post - to me he is not my fav , but i admire him making a comeback after so many yrs

and any drama that happens in the sets i feel does nt bother me too much as long as they dont affect singing , i categorise them as TRP stunts

I mean why do you guys care?? if he walks out..I do admit that what he's doing to Sumedha is wrong..but I mena come on the guy is emotionally attached to Mauli..he probably thinks of her as his daughter or something..and I'm sure any "parent" would be very sad and angry to se etheir kid go..I'm sure he just couldnt control that his fav got out... 😡 😡 😡

I mean even maybe he considers Sum as his daughter...but he likes Mauli better because of her hype and popularity.

she wasn't the weakest one at that point...she deserved to be in through her last performance..if you had seen it it would have made more sense to remove someone else besides her..and what Bappi did was right..if she got eliminated ON one of her bets performances then naturally he would be mad.....and if the other mentors ACTUALLY did like their contestants as much as Bappi did to Mauli then maybe your precious Harpreet and Juandi would still be in!

Are you trying to justify that what Bappida did was right by walking out for Mauli because she was like his daughter. You also say Sumedha is like his daughter than why would he want to give up on Sumedha and just walk out of the show. As a mentor all your contestants should be equals. In the same sense as a father you should love your children equally. I'm glad Harpreet and Junaid did not come back as Mauli did. They left gracefully by accepting the janta's decision and with the pride of knowing that their mentors did not childishly walk out just so they could come back for one more performance.

I admire Mauli for convincing Bappida to come back but if she was out she should have also abided by the publics decision and should not have returned to the stage. If she had done that I would respect her more.

well Bappi should be thankful because had people been voting for best contestants (forget junta..had mahagurus made right decisions early on) His ShakiraBen wouldn't even get this far

excuse me I didnt say I love him or anything😡.🤢.I dont even care what he does or that..I'm just saying that whatever he did was emotionally and like all of us he too is human and has emotions which can go haywire at times!😡...and Mauli is not a drama queen dont go sterotyping people for their looks and their popularity..so what if the Mahaguru's and janta saved her...its their fault anyway that the "deserving" contestants got out..you always go and blame Muali ITS not her freaking fault that the janta votes for her...Bappi was just tryong to say that (like always) janta has made a bad choce and he feels angry at the fact that his favorute got out!

This post was supposed to be about Bappida's actions not a Mauli debate 😕
