I didnt find anything wrong in what Vishal said. I am not favoring anybody. But definitely its a contest and things are going to be this way every episode. Hyping is not required in this show at all. I think it was pretty clear that Harpreet would go. As a matter of fact Himesh did lot of unnecessary nautanki for Mussarat.
I think each contestant has to be prepared for this now and cannot be so emotional and frightened. If you digest failures you become stronger. He has been improving and he will get the guidance in future. If one gets so nervous about the discussions and sharp remarks then i think its better to be eliminated.

you just dont bet that your contestant is gonna be the one to go even before he performs. thats just crushing his spirit. at least wait till after the result is declared to kill his confidence. but its not something that has happened just tonight, its over time that Harpreet developed this attitude.

Why are you blaming Vishal???? It was Himesh who started it. Why shld he talk so long? Why all that drama.

Secondly Harpreet knows where he stands, so he should have been strong enough to say that himself what Vishal said.

I know Harpreet is a good singer, but one has to accept certain facts. If he would have understood it beforehand he would have been more balanced.

Joy was from Assam but he was never number 1. Raja was number 1 for 3 weeks. What does Bengal have to do with anything?😕

you miss the point. vishal couldve said all that to harpreet if he wanted but AFTER the show. A mentor is spose to support and encourage. And Vishal did try to, but his words failed him. Himesh was supporting his own gharana student, nothing really wrong in that. Vishal shouldn't have hopped on the bandwagon at the expense of his own student. that is all.

And there's a big difference between accepting facts and losing your cofidence.

The hype is getting the singers many votes (deserved or not deserved)...but those that can actually sing...they are left behind 😭

In my honest opinion, Harpreet was the most deserving contestant. All of the other singers have some drama to contribute to the show which give them some limelight (good or bad).

But I'm very happy that Harpreet has gone so far. Its not easy reaching this height soley on Talent...bcoz as u know...the remaining contestants are very Hyped...thus still remaining in the competition. (Fans...im not saying that they are only there becoz of Hype....but just take a look at Ms. M). Hope you get the point.

No Offfense to any fans.

I Agree with you, despite giving his best every week, his confidence was crushed by putting him in bottom 3

It's not a question of what Himesh said or what Harpreet should have said....Himesh said NOTHING disparaging of Harpreet,he was supporting his boy, which is justified as mentors ARE supposed to back their contestant...The bottomline is the Vishal trampled over Harpreet to eulogise Mussarat...Mussarat's prowess was glorified at the cost of Harpreet's self-confidence and determination..When his OWN mentor doesn't back him up and when his own mentor reckons he ain't good enough, how could Harpreet expect the audience to appreciate his singing...
