and thats a complete shame if that were to happen. poonam has a tremendous voice.......extremely powerful.

Poonam Raja and Sumedha are the best in the said order in my view, Mauli is surely the worst singer, I dont undsrstand what is she doing on such a show , taking the reputation down but perhaps the TRP up ;) ( I actually doubt that...)

harpreet should surelY stay and Mauli should LEAVE ASAP :)

I love Harpreet's singing. Someone said in my thread that his "O majhi re" sounded flat. Sigh ... shame my post was closed before i could teach him a thing or two about music. But then again what would my opinion change. All i can say is listen to the original and Harpreet's version. Harpreet sang in perfect chord. In fact I like listening to his version rather than listening to the original. Either way not many people have musical aptitude as we all know.. otherwise there would be no Mauli lovers out there. Either that or these people love Mauli for wrong reasons or reasons which make them partially deaf that they find ruining deserving contestants' lives meaningless.

Anyways back to Harpreet.. He isn't the best singer on the show. We "all" know that. Even when i did state it someone told me on my thread that he isn't the best. Well ..err ... duh? He isn't the best but he is more deserving than Mauli for sure. That "everyone" will and should agree with. And as for what hardwork means. People improve through hardwork. Mauli hasn't improved one bit. She is still nonversatile and she still can't pull high or low chords correctly. When high cords? she shreaks .. when low? dear god is that a girl or do i hear a man. So far she has come this far coz of only "ONE" song: Maya Maya. Not counting No Entry as it was an easy song for besuras and the same style as Maya Maya. So imo she isn't working hard. Learning lyrics to a song doesn't mean that you worked hard. When you sing the song like it should be then only does it show your hardwork.

Harpreet's singing has always captured me in a trance. His chords are "rarely" off key. His songs always has that emotion that the lyricist intended. And if you disagree with that then i suppose you know more about music than Asha Boshle................... please =.= ..She really liked "O majhi re" even when all the gurus thought it wasn't good. What did Ashaji say? "Harpreet ka singing mujhe bahut hi accha laga. Woh bahut sur mein ga rahe the. etc etc." If only she was around ... sigh..... Mauli would be back n USA where she belongs. No offense to people who love butchered songs but .. I am an Indian and i am proud to be and i would love Indian touch to the songs. If you love going "ripre ipre shuba dooba do" then go try American Idol. Item songs... psh.

Only thing i would REALLY hate to see is Harpreet voted out before Mauli. Even though i wish he could win since he is the only contestant who made me want to become a singer and sing everyday. You know .. i didn't start watching SRGMP 2007 from the beginning. I started when i came back from work and i heard Harpreet sing "O majhi re." I left everything on the floor and went to watch who was singing so beautifully. I kept repeating that song over and over till recall memory on my SAT ran out. Then i heard Mauli's song ... I was like .."ooookkkk" when she tried to hit a high chord ... plus her facing twitching into undescribable shape. and that voice ... ouch.

Anyways ... I won't ask people whom they want to be voted out. But i want Mauli out asap. She is a threat to Indian music. Bappi Da shoud be ashamed of himself. Seriously... being such a reknowned music director he can't see how bad his student is. Indian Shakira ............ which part? the singing or that she sounds like a man?

Vote for Harpreet. He really needs your support. Plus we really need to get Mauli out before some other deserving contestant is kicked. Oh yeah .. read my post twice before you say anything against me. Consider it a warning. And don't even say it isn't Mauli's fault .. coz i never said it is. But i will say and have said that she is nonversatile. Just because you think she is entertaning to look at on the floor doesn't make her a "talented singer." mmk? Now i will go listen to "Aaaja Nachle." ^_^ over and over and over .....

I know harpreet is not going to win but still we dont know who will win , Harpreet deserve to come in top 5 for sure

Amanat is equal good as Harpreet not better than him, but yahhh Aneek is little better than him and Raja but even they r not the best singers and harpreet is capable to give tough competition, in girls one and only Poonal is good singer and should go far

Harpreet is better than Mussarat , Junaid , Joy, Abhijit, Sumedha, Nirupma and of course I can say even i m better singer than mauli😆 ( i dont even wanna talk abt her😡)

OMG no offence but how can you compare Harpreet to Mauli? I dont know if Mauli sings any better than before or not coz I havent been watching SRGMP since the past 2/3 weeks, but I know Harpreet is far better than Mauli. I dont think he is good enough to win the whole competition but he is definetely a good singer and deserves to go far. 👏 About Mauli...cant say, I havent heard her since...6 episodes ago.

i dont even participate in mauli threads these days , good or bad😕, i came to this thread just bcz of Harpreet

I totally agree with sylik. And lot of my friendswho thought she was best, dont want to hear her at all after her chura liya and taal se taal. I mean, liking someone's songs is one thing and liking the person, if the person sings horribly is another, unless you like the person for things other than singing.

Anyways, 👏 to skylik. I liked your post. One other member sounded like a defence lawyer, trying desperately to defend each and every statement of sylik. That one post was very amusing. 😆

please tell me you were joking. he was good but to say he was better than hans raj hans is just absolute garbage.

I actually enjoy his aja nachle more than Hans...so I 2nd that!
