After listening to the performances of all female singers again from my recordings, my opinion---and others may differ here---is that Saberi, perhaps, is the best female singer of the show. She has a heavy but sweet and melodious voice that is very well trained. By making it little husky she can sing the item numbers very well... and at the same time by making it softer she can sing soft melodies also as well. This was the case with her 2 performances in the last round. I would highly like to see her back in the race with Brahmastra. Fortunately, she has mentors in VS who would not let her voice fade away in any case and will make the best use of it - in films or otherwise for their VS label.

I agree. I think there more competition against the boys because a lot of them are very talented. I also found Saberi to be really good but then with my limited knowledge of music, I thought perhaps I was wrong. VS said they will bring Sarebi and Junaid as guests on C2008. Let us hope that happens. Good luck to Saberi.

I felt Rimi sung better and even Saberi herself said that Rimi sung better than her.

it is intersting that all the major fights on the show have been regarding the female contestants..all the major tensions in the forum is also regarding the female contestants..when most would agree that the quality of male singers are way better than the girls..so doesnt make much sense does it?

are male MDs the best judges of female singers..the selection of contestants by the 5 judges are not that great..

atleast one female judge is required..most agree that ashaji did a better job than others..

Saberi was 100 times better than Rimi by any standarads !!

I agree 100 % but also believe in Mukkaddar. Rimi was probably destined to win in these rounds !!!!
