Singers vs MD's and channels wars

It started with OP Nayar, who refused to take "Lata Mangeshkar award" saying that Music director is bigger than the singer and a Music director should not accept award which is named after a singer..so he rejected the lata mangeshkar award..

The present conflict between the MD's and singers started ( or was intentionally started for trp's) when Asha Bhosle told the MD's (while she was correcting Jyoti) that singers can better find a singer's fault and can correct it..Ismail is supposed to have counteracted this in the press..and than we all seen reaction from Abhijeet..

Mentors seems to be acting more weird than normally they are..Himesh is creating scenes in every episode..Vishaal is acting macho..Aadesh has lost it several times with his very disgusting behavior with the contestants.. Abhijeet lost it completely and did not spare any mentor on the Zee side.. Bhappida who is always cool also spoke up How Abhijeet has been waiting outside his house to be given a chance..Looks like it is all out war... and it is not just who is better mentor: MD or Singer..it is becoming war between channels

Are these mentors mere a pawn in the hands of the star tv and Zee tv or are they trying to make a point..Are Star and Zee trying to make use of this controversy to increase their trp's..How u feel about the current turmoil..

I think people need to take a lesson from Himesh on how to respect his colleagues, even in the face of criticism.

It was not a great idea to start C07 ii3 and voi at the same time
vieweres will get tired confused (like me) and sms votes will get divided
they could have made 4 month long contests out of each and aired one after the other over a year

This badmouthing cannot go on withoit some tacit support of respective channels.They are the paymasters,after all.All TRP games.

i don't know if d channel asked Abhijeet 2 say dat..but if dey did,its a pretty dusgusting thing 2 do...i think Adi has mentioned dis in d oder thread, dat at least Zee, if it has drama,had limited it only to d show..it never openly went and challenged mentors or jusdges from shows on other channels...
