Tishmish.. why can't Adi be part of the aam janta? He's returned from a 5+ years sabbatical and is only making a reentry in the scene. He's proven to be honest and blunt in other interviews. He delivered the same for this question. The response isn't liked because he and Sonu work in the same field? The response wasn't liked because it was the blunt truth.

Why take what he says as coming from Udit Narayan's son who has yet to accomplish anything as an adult actor/singer? Why not take it as the honest opinion of a young person who happens to have a foot in the same industry? It's interesting to note that Rakhi Sawant, Mallika Sherawat, Kareena Kapoor and Bipasha Basu can say "x, y, z" about others in the industry, as "established" actresses, and it's only seen as a controversial comment. But the moment someone young speaks up on a topic he's dismissed? He's certainly had exposure to the field, despite the age. Why should his comments be dismissed (I feel like I'm bringing the DM persona in here 😆).

Also interesting to note that we jumped to nay-say Aditya's comments. These articles rarely provide the entire picture and are often severely edited. Who know what context the comments were made in. Who knows how accurate the quotes are. And why are we in disagreement with the truth? If you've seen the two Sonu movies you'll know he doesn't have the skills to be an actor. Do we really need another sub-par "actor" in the industry. As for physique and looks.. hey, those are Adi's opinions. Frankly, after watching clips of the Incredibles show, I say Sonu's got the looks and physique down. For all we know, Adi was only addressing the last point - acting skills.

Poor kid cant handle all the attention he has been getting all of a sudden - It is attitude at the beginning of a career which, more than anything else, will determine its successful outcome.

I agree he was not smart in being blunt about Sonu. He should have played the Bollywood schmooz game - of being oh-so-nice and oh-so-fake in public, and brutally honest only behind closed doors (or on IF with an anonymous ID). 😉
