I dunno why Ashaji is here - But I must say onething - her tips for the contestants are lovely.. She gives some correct advice and I really hope the contestants follow what she say.. I feel the are lucky to have her as one of the judge and also she gives correct judgement.. Till now, it has been perfect 👍🏼

But ya, when you get all this, you also need to watch out for Ashaji and Himesh tug of war.. 😉 And thats definitely to raise in the TRP 😆

When I wrote Show might loose charm ,I was talking about Himesh Drama .Asha ji is adding value to the show and SRGMP needs someone like that status

I like having Ashaji as a judge on the show. She's good at responding to all the crap Himesh comes up with and she doesn't get influenced by the judge's comments. She gives very good and honest comments as well.

Why should Ashaji not be there as a judge? I had reservations about her but as Anu says she is giving correct guidance to the contestents. Zee must have tried very hard to get her. She is a very revereed singer indeed. She herself said today that she does not like being the judge and her feelings towards the singers were genuine. I really like her now and hope she sticks around a bit......... and she is very knowledgable too.👏👏

Yup you are right,
Thats why she should be a mentor/judge of a program of much higher standard than the one thursted on her. SRGM is a money raking program for Zee, it has lost all focus long back and is just waiting to get public voting onboard once the program is in full swing and has sufficient clientel.
I've spent nights & Days listening to her singing on tape/CD & what not...
She has blessings of the Goddess of music and doesn't need to share platform with a nasal singer who thrives on controversy with little musical skills.

Well after today's epi I think Ashaji's auspicious presence is doing a lot of good for the show. 😊 She provided sound advice for the contestants n her observations were very accurate.Like when she told Amrita from the 'rock' gharana that her throw was not proper which was so true..much as I think that zee is encashing on her tiff with HR courtsey the TRP factor. she is def.adding onto the charm with her delightful persona & the fact that she doesn't refrain from calling a spade a spade even if that means promptly putting the likes of HR in his place. 😛 Also the mentors n participants are in awe of her magnanimity n she seems to exude a pleasing aura which is quite fascinating as well 😳

I don't think she'll be there for too long. Asha Ji is currently in the US for the 'Incredibles' tour. The episodes were shot before she left for the US.

Yes, the contestants and mentors are in awe of both Asha Ji and Ghulam Ji.
