why is Asha tai there...??

I had a pretty hard time surfing between star plus & Zee, nevertheless it was entertaining to see the two programs competing with each other, kal ke dost aaj ke dushman…hmmmmm.
Going by amount of drama & controversy Himesh is generating, it seems Zee has taken serious business tips from him. But I can't understand what is Asha tai doing there, I hope she is there for a few episodes only or else she will have to become pachyderm to tolerate nonsense that will soon follow on stage.
As expected there is hardly any training by so called gharanas and performances are more fluke than natural talent.
Amul voice of India seems to be a promising program but looks lackluster at the moment, it needs some good singers but then we are in the screening round only. It has the advantage of having Shaan & Gajendra who is quite an innovative person, aaj Zee usi ki pakayi roti kha raha hai…
I've a very strong feeling that it has roped in Nihira as star attraction.
One good thing is that we will have option to hop & surf channels: idhar acha gana nahi aa raha to udhar & vice versa…

The singers should not sing songs sung by other singers
The music directors should mould the voice of the singer to be something of their own

From the interview I felt she thought not too highly about talent hunts, she knows very well the show she is judging is far different than the one 7-8 years ago.

now why is she is here?
Maybe the career is towards the end
The need to keep face time or make a quick buck

While she is here, I hope she does the right thing, corrects things that she thinks are wrong, not get pulled into her personal animousity with Himesh and just be benefitial to the contestants
