3. Where do you want to see India-forums as an organisation in 3 years?

Any target that we set should be SMART (Specific, Mesurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Considering all these points, I would like to see IF jump from its current position of top 1500 sites to top 200 in the next 3 years.

4. Both Bhaskar and Priya are integral part of India-forums, but due to Priya's growing influence in day-to-day activity, Bhaskar has resigned from the post, how will you handle this situation?

Have 2 separate meetings with Bhaskar and Priya.

In the meeting with Priya, tell her that she is doing a fabulous job and in the next cycle, she should be going to the next level in the organization. However, to achieve that, she would have to focus on specific areas of work and take over the entire responsibility of the same - This will make Priya happy and focused, and at the same time she now has a defined area to look into and cannot poke her nose everywhere.

In the meeting with Bhaskar, tell him that what an invaluable contributor he has been to the organization; and wihout him being there - IF would have never reached where it has today. Also tell him that he is the most liked and trusted Dev Team member across the huge member base and IF will lose a pillar if he goes. At the same time assure him that he will be given all the space he needs to do his work and Priya is not going to interfere in that at all.

5. What will you do to make India-forums public in couple of years?

😕 Start Employee Stock Options as the first step to distribute the holding of the company as the first step.

Then Dont know😕 (Itna kuchh pata hota to ab tak ek company nahi khol li hoti😕)

6. Barnalidi is your real Didi and same time she is CFO of India-forums, but due to her wrong estimation India-forums suffered a great loss estimated of $2 million, how will you handle the situation?

The first and foremost ethics of any profession, I guess would be to separate the personal from the professional and deal with all your employees equally. So, here - if a blunder is committed, treat didi as any other employee and take necessary actions. This will also set a good precendence in the company regarding policies and practices.

Disclaimer: It is entirely hypothetical situations with no bad intention, all these situational questions are intellectual, so please let it be like that.

It used to be like once in 15 days when we were in Bangalore. Now, in Kolkata its not reqd as there is a cook at home.

He is a decent cook😃, but for how I would need to clean up the kitchen after the cooking - I would rather cook myself

Recipe of Egg-kasha (serves 100 people - if it turns out to be eatable)

Eggs – 100

Onions - 10

Tomatoes – 15

Ginger Paste – 8 tsp

Garlic Paste – 10 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 8 tsp

Red Chilli Powder – 10 tsp

Dhaniya Powder – 8 tsp

Bay Leaves – 12

Garam Masala – 10 tsp

Cooking oil – 20 tbsp

Salt to Taste

Sugar (Pinch)

Corriander Leaves (for garnishing)

Method:

Boil eggs well, and cut the eggs to 2 halves

Add abt 2 tsp of salt and Turmeric powder to the egg halves and coat them well

Heat oil in the pan. When hot, add the eggs (with yolk side up) and fry over low heat. Slowly turn over and fry till the eggs are golden brown. Then remove and keep them over paper tissues

Cut onion and tomatoes, and make a separate paste of each.

Again in the pan – add bay leaves.

Add onion paste and the pinch of sugar. Add the ginger and garlic paste too

After 3-4 minutes, add turmeric and Chilli powder and fry for sometime.

When the onion starts getting some color, add the tomato paste. Then add Dhaniya Powder.

After some frying – add some 15-18 cups of water. When the water just starts to get the boil – add salt to taste

Cook the gravy – when starts thickening, add fried eggs and on top of that add the garam masala paste.

Let it cook on low heat and cover for some time.

When cooked – take out the curry on serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
