Do you watch any serials? If yes, which ones? Saat Phere...online. I'm too far ahead on the Indian timeline to revert to the US timeline. I've missed out on a lot in Kasam Se and it's starting to look interesting again. Maybe someday I'll catch up. 😆 I miss "Koi Apna Sa"
Who is your favorite singer? Oh sheesh! Not any one singer in particular...I'll listen to anything by anyone except HR (sorry ... I just can't stand his voice 😕). Abhijeet dada, Kishoreda, Hemachandra, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Asha Bhosle, and Usha Uttam amongst many others.
Who is your favoite actor? Hehe... SRK without a doubt. Abhishek and Ajay are coming up too...but haven't made the favorites list. 😉

What are your hobbies/interests? Oh boy... reading, writing, net-surfing, martial arts, pagan/wiccan cultures/wizardry (fascinating stuff), Indian culture, music (though I'm not musical) and I'm artistically inclined on the computer ... oddly enough.
What kind of books do you read? Anything well written that I can lay my hands on. Fantasy, historical fiction, futuristic novels, mysteries, etc. I dislike dry textbooks, manuals, stuffy biographies.
How would you describle yourself? A crazy, confused saggitarius who is sometimes overwhelmed with life and responsibilities and is searching for her purpose in life.

What is your favotie color? What have I been typing in? 😛 Any shade of purple (unless rather gaudy) and blues that can only be found in nature.

What is your favorite drink? Jeera jal. 😃 And ganne ka ras (no canned stuff please). Soda, cold coffee, chai, coffee, fruity, nimbu paani..... and on really hot days or when I'm particularly thirsty... a nice tall glass of crisp cold water. 😃
What is your favorite food? I'm a foody! You're better off asking me what I don't like. 😆
What is your favorite sport? Not too much into sports...though I'll watch cricket, football (the real stuff, not the American-bashing version), and martial arts (yes...it is a sport!). I can tolerate only a game or two of tennis in one sitting...though oddly enough I find ping-pong/table-tennis rather fascinating. 😃 Oh...does badminton count? Hehe
What is your favotite animal? Tiger! 😉 Here's a freebie...I'm intensely afraid of birds. They freak me out no end. However, I do appreciate the beauty of the plumage of a fine peacock. It's the eyes and the beak that make me 😭

List 3 good and 3 bad qualities about yourself. 3 good: I'm optimistic, carefree and persistent. 3 bad: I'm overly critical, a pack-rat and a bit too carefree at times.
If you had 24 hours left to live, how would you spend them? With my family, eating good food (it's what we do), and generally enjoying time as best as the circumstances allow. I'd probably leave notes or letters to some loved ones. And I'd definitely try to take out some time to wish those I've grown close to and fond of in the cyber world all my love and goodbye.
If you had 3 wishes from a genie, what would they be? Instill the strength and capability in me to always make my parents happy. That's the only thing I wish I could always have. The rest in life is upto us. Wishes are to be fulfilled through hard work, the same as dreams. Satisfaction lies in the effort and heart I put into what I want.
What would you do if you won a million dollars? How would you spend them? Set aside x-amount to pay for my college education and that of my sister's. Set aside y-amount in a savings account for the uncertain in a potentially rainy future. And give the rest to my parents to use as they need and deem appropriate. I'm not much of a spender (though I can make others go bankrupt while shopping 😳) ... so I wouldn't know what else to do with all that money. Given the funds left over, I'd use some to help aleviate some of the problems in India... rather ambitious I know, but in whatever small way I can help some number of people will only be a step towards bettering life in India.
Can you drive? if yes, what kind of car do you have? Yes.... and I don't personally own a car.

Who are your 10 best friends here? Seema, Gudia, Payal. These girls I know I have a right to call my best friends. I have made many more friends here, some whom I'd like to include in that list but can't anymore, some who I'd like to get to know a little better before I can hope to add them to that list and others who I have developed a comfortable status quo with. 😊
