Dia, no question is stupid..... The question is relevant if you are wanting to know about a person.

As a lawyer, these are basic things we learn and many of us put it into practice. I wont say all, but there are many who still go by the old code of conduct. I was lucky that we had a Judge who taught us legal ethics and he was a great teacher. It is now ingrained in memory and a part of life
