Reality TV voting – war between head and heart, lands me in trouble all the time. I know it is a reality show and talent should be promoted, the head is very clear when it comes to these matters, but the blood boils and heart breaks when talent is scorned at the feet of TRPs and money which makes the head wonder if the head is being misused by the channels. The pattern of voting is all wrong, if I am permitted to make over 35000 votes in favour of one person and swing the obvious results, and this to me, is akin to Match fixing, where the bookies dictate the match based on their revenue requirements. It should ideally be by the head, but the head is too shrewd to see the game behind the scene.

Justify - The person can be there mentally or physically. Mentally, whether the person is there or not cannot be verified, but physical presence can be proved😉😉 What if the person had come to place x at 10 in the morning and claimed that he had left from place X at 1 in the afternoon, that in itself does not mean that person was at place X between 10 and 1. The question becomes relevant to show that he could have gone out of place X between the time of his arrival and his last departure from that place. This is one way to rubbish his alibi.

😆😆😆 They could be a millimeter apart or a Centimeter apart. Actually, this question is mostly used when you want to adduce evidence to show who had better visibility to thwart the collission.

Very important question Milord. Especially if we have to prove that at the time and date which is shown by the Camera, at the time of taking of the picture, the accused/ witness was far away holidaying away by the sea, whereas the picture was taken atop the Mount Everest😉
