subject matter, language, or style producing or designed to produce startling or thrilling impressions or to excite and please vulgar taste.(Italized words not applicable in this case)

The subject matter is fun, language is excellant and the style has been designed to produce thrilling impressions and to excite the average reader......

I did not mean sensationalism in a derogatory manner, particularly the italized words in the definition. I believe that in any form of writing, a lil of mischief, a lil bit of fun always goes a long way to keep the reader glued to the article and makes the reader want to come back for more. The more monotonous or documentary style of writing is fine for serious articles.

Priya, I did not take your comment in a derogatory manner, rather its a kind of compliment for me. If people can smile a bit after reading anything and if such writing can induce stimulation in somebody's thought its a reward to anyone.

pranjal kya kahoon, jhooth keh nahin sakati, profession to tum jahan ho wahi sahi ho, haan bus ise side mein hee rehne do, just for fun.....kyonki jindagi ki gadi sirf fun se nahin chalti....par haan tumhara laloo ji & gajji ka comparison acha laga the way you did it....👏
