I think the only man who can make us laugh now is our Himmy Bhaiya..thats the reason i like him soooo much..His sheer presence fills our mind with peace and we practise laughter therapy.. I think he should replace Boman Irani in Munna Bhai..
I will fully agree with you if u could show a picture of Himmy Bhayya smiling or laughing..........Sorry, I am wrong here. He makes us laugh and take all sorrow within. Great 👏

Freedom of speech – this is the right that all the members are routing for in the last few days.. Great thought… So why not take this a little forward and voice some of my thoughts here too!
A couple of days back, a thread was opened to say that the forum had become too dull and what can we do to get it back to track, make it more active. A very positive thought and intention – all of us could have used it to our advantage and could have really put forward constructive thoughts. Unfortunately, all of us resorted to the only known technique here to make the thread super-active and interesting – allegations, indirect remarks, group attacks and sarcasms. 100 pages of discussions with no positive ideas on how to make the place better. We were too busy in carrying on 'I am right, you are wrong' discussions!
Lot of posts accusing mods and some members on groupism. And how have these groups been defined? A group that agrees to all some folks say, who have 'similar' concerns – the 'right' group… and all the rest in the 'other' group – or even possibly called the 'gang', 'chamchas' and what not!
So anyone not belonging to the 'right' group, and simply supporting people amongst the 'other' group are displaying groupism, without knowing or reading through the past pages. But the 'right' group can support each other – they agree 100% and most of the times 200% to all they say – and why not – they are the 'right' group.
The 'rights' have been bashed time and again; they get accused for everything; they see all the injustice done and all they see is the final and bigger picture. They see and read remarks that they want to see and read – anything else of course is not 'right' and hence needs to be ignored. Ignored because these 'other' people just have the habit of crying fowl play. These people are just seeing too much; trying to make third party judgments; trying to get into a conversation and then washing off hands! But the 'right' group can do that – they are all united in being 'right'; they can come in and give third party judgments anytime. They can laugh away and keep making sarcastic posts. They can act nave when others point to their self contradicting posts.
They jump with their reactions on reading a first line of the post from other members; but others need to think and type. Anything that does not match their thoughts is an accusation – but they are free to post the 'right'. That there can be another perspective in a debate is not accepted. They can accuse anyone but when anyone else raises a voice; they of course manipulated or mis-interpreted those innocent comments. They can be aggressive to the limit, but that is to support the 'right' as they define, anyone else replying only resorts to hooliganism!
PM or open forum – what is the best way to resolve issues? Well depends; when the Mod tries to do that in an open forum – he just wanted to use his power and 'bash' a member. Page after page he is being questioned why PM is not being used. But the 'rights' can always be the moral science judges of other members in the open forum. And all in the 'right' group who were advocating PM for long suddenly think open criticism is the way to go. When they are being reminded that personal issues, whatever they are, can be taken care of through PM; well the reminding people are either passing unnecessary and uncalled for comments speaking for others, or are totally making uncontextual remarks. All because, they are not the 'rights'
Some particular group of people always seem to be favored by the Mods. They get a free hand in everything. They even seem to get popular and famous by this powerful friendship; so much so that only the popular ones get a special thread dedicated to them for week. I wonder why everything here needs to be questioned and ridiculed! But where is that being done? The 'right' group is only raising the common concern. And again they tend to see only a few members that they want to see. The bigger picture ends at their view.
The sense of 'right' gives them the liberty to question people's behavior, values and education. Making personal comments is considered fine for them – others, of course should be ashamed of themselves and shooed away because they are not – again 'right'. The 'rights' can tear apart people's characters – make any kind of personal remarks and walk away saying its was just the 'right' way of handling things!
Anyone else trying to say anything in any regard is asked to stay out. They are being analytical of something they are not party to. May be they are analytical of something that they thought was neutral. But how can that be neutral? It does not go with the definition of 'right'! A few others who choose to stay away because they have already been accused of 'groupism', and poking their noses as well as moving round in circles could have spoken their points – but what would it lead to? Another round of attacks! So if they choose to stay out – its not their immaturity; its neither their habit of starting off something and running away; neither are they so nave that they cannot defend the 'attack' – its just that they are trying to talk to a group of people who are 'right', who see what they want to see, who hear what they want to hear, who want an open forum to be only comprising of 'like-minded right people'. They definitely are not open to any other statements and viewpoints. So why even try to state those view points and keep repeating the same stuff. That will never let the objectives be fulfilled – the objectives to find a solution. There can never be a solution to any conversation if 'freedom of speech' only means speak what I want to hear and what I think is 'right'!
At the end of the day, we all aim for a peaceful place where we can spend some happy hours to relieve ourselves from the real life worries and stress. To achieve that, we need to see, speak and hear it 'all' without the bias. We need to have the trust in place to move fwd. We need to accept that the other perspective is not always wrong. Without that we will never work together as a family – and as a part of this family, I would only request all my friends, elders and younger siblings to be less judgmental and more united! That's the only way we can leave our yesterday behind, consolidate our today, and hope for a brighter tomorrow!
I will not have anything more to say on this.
Peace!!!👍🏼
Hi I just want to say I like Jaya's post, and adding points with my view:
Also i have not read thru all the pages something I mention is out of place I apologize, yet after reading some pages wanted to voice my opinion:
As a Neutral Party,
Since Im not a part of any particular group expect indianforums.
Questions to ponder?(off topic)
why are some of us taking this virtual life so serious?
(I know i myself haveben in past on line alot yet not just 4 sa re since I visit many sections.)
why are mods/members sodefensive? is it some power struggle?
I mean mods they work 4 free and we members are here 4 free.
The mods 4 most of there part try there best(they are humans and to "err is human')and like Members, here 4 most part are looking to relax and leave there worries and enjoy.
Is it so hard to coexist? Our there egos here?
The topic was started to say why people left? and what shouldbe done to bring greater participation? That should havebeen the goal not these unnecessary bickerings that I see. Also, I think we got abit off topic, when we started joking(which is ok since luv masti myself). Yet we should have stuck to the topic, and had masti elsewhere(since thats when I saw things were going haywire)
Groupism:(just my opinion right or wrong)
Its like one set of people say something another set get upset. Also, I know some are saying there are not groups, yet as an neutral observer(in sense one whose not in any group) there 4 sure our groups, which is nothing wrong since these people have similar tastes and enjoy(the idea is to enjoy and why not, those who dont like what a group or topic has to offer than just go into a topic that interests u instead of complaining)
in sa re some have said that certain people are not allowng others, well if u take part they will slowly 4 sure take u in, and lots of new people are part of that group. (again, its more that people either do not like the topics or have nothing to offer so feel left out) so why not make a topic that u like and sure people with similar tastes will join)
In short Variety is needed,
Respect is neededby members and mods and that is something which is earned
co existence-we need to get along as members and take crictism in stride(that is if there is a topic on a singer etc u like u should handlr the neg view as well) I know when there were things on Paresh I took them in stride only time i would say anything is if the person was getting out of line saying things on Paresh that had nothingtodo with singing since I respected those whodid not like his singing. (yet saying something on his teeth, hair mother in law..is irrevelant)
attacking members/ridiculing them should notbe allowed( since ones self respect is important) now if we are saying as teasing and humor amongst pals thats ok.
Well these are some of my views, and if anythung repeated, or makes no sense I apologize
note: I have nothing against any member or mod
so all have a nice day and some words of inspiration
A new day has just begun
time to bask 'neath the sun
Yesterday is dead and gone
to a new day you belong
Rejoice and be glad
there's no need to be sad
Leave your burdens behind
allow only good to fill your mind
Make the best of this new day
only good will come your way
Have A Good Day!
