but pal, what were the main concerns- favoritism etc. Right? those were answered, weren't they. And there is a detailed survey on the way, isnt there. what did we really want from Bhaskar? a personal thank-you note and essay for each and every post? yaar, i am not interested in the warm-fuzzy touchy-feely stuff, i m more interested in the things i put down in the survey.

Pal there are many other concerns which were posted on the thread.... and I m sure Dev team will give answers to all😊

i know it is mods responses but as u people are proving your point and giving ur explanations what is the wrong if jayadi and adi bhai give it too arent they members too if it is right for u to speak here why is it wrong when they speak😕

and in that vein, i dont understand why we are getting so het up. let's pick it apart, piece by piece. on the issue of groupism, this is what Bhaskar has:

"Okay fine now tell us who made the groups. The members themselves. So where does the Dev Team come here. There is a set of members who keep themselves to just fan clubs, one set who keep themselves to Chatty threads. Some discuss serious stuff some the show itself. It is the ones who are keeping themselves in all these sections active are the ones who have fine relationship with all. Rest automatically form groups. How can the Dev Team help you all out in this matter??? "

i see it pretty much the same way he does. i'd just add that the c2005 gharana structure itself split folks here into groups. and as is true in real life, some folks formed loose bonds and others more permamanent ones. but how is this a mod issue? 😕

of course, people also have affinity for others who are of a certain type. again, how is this a question of moderation.

i just feel we are blowing it on issues that dont relate to mods.

What a piece of crap that is written here as a response to Charges by mod 👏 Truck load of BS and Shitcreek.

members are being warned not to make these posts. they r direct personal attack and highly abusive. and mind yu even though they require action from the dev team we r ignoring it.

this is wht is called favouritism. we knw yu all r not in best possible mood just now so hve made such statements. but nt anymore. take it as a warning or request but stop making these abusive posts. not a single post by the dev team is abusive mind yu.

bud, i saw what was posted. You cant seriously expect anyone to wade thru that pile of ***, do u? if u do, then maybe u shld take it up for others and actually try and provide some summary of what those concerns were. as far as i saw it, the concerns in that specific thread were addressed. whether that made someone happy or not is another matter. but let's at least be clear on the basics.

We all have been here for a long time. But the recent turns of events are really sad. For the last few days the only thing going around is pointing fingers at each other. Lets not forget that pointing fingers at anyone does not help resolve an issue. When we point one finger at someone, we should remember that four other fingers from the same hand points to you. So, let us all do some self-criticism instead of criticizing others. We are not here to rectify others faults, or be a moral police, or be the judge of someone else's character. We all come here to relieve our stresses at the end of the day.

We are all human beings and all human beings have strong likes and dislikes. It is not necessary that we like everyone in this forum. There is always a small group of people who find themselves closer to one another than the others. And if that is GROUPISM, then so be it. Why should we be concerned about that? Why make a big deal? It applies to everyone. Everyone here has a small group of people with whom they connect more than the others. So, let it be the way it is.

About the regionalism issue. How did it arise in the first place? Who is regional? I don't think anyone is. Here we have people from all the states of India, and even outside India. It is like a mosaic of cultures, which is a very beautiful one. Lets not spoil it please.

Now coming to the point that the forum is beginning to slow down. It is because people here have become too sensitive, too judgmental, and too picky. People are picking on other member's posts too much. This constant bickering is leading the members to loose interest in this forum. There should be topics for everyone. Some chatty threads, some fun threads, some antakshari type threads, some lovey dovey threads, and also some threads where people can do some heated discussions. That way we cater to the likings of everyone.

Lastly, lets just be the person we actually are. Lets come to the forum without putting a mask on, and pretend to be nice to everyone. Also, we should learn to avoid the threads and posts that does not suit our taste. Lets follow "Jiyo aur jine do"
