yaar, i dont understand what the big deal here is about quoting from someone's posts. it is their posts, isn't it, made in full mind? in fact, one shld be happy that it was given the full attention it deserved, no?

yes, it's another matter if someone feels that their concerns weren't suitably addressed. but one loses ground and valuable good-will by getting upset about their posts being referenced, when the real focus shld be elsewhere (on the issues).

Rest all others made posts that were saying the same thing or issues..... Favouritism or Groupism. Fine let me get them and post them all above my replies to these issues.

If there were any other issue too then I would request the member to simple copy it and send me. We will make the reply and post it too.

U r right bro.... they should be happy that their questions are answered.... but both ways someone is gonna disapponted.... he should have said tht I wl comeup with concerns of others or anything like that.....

but pal, what were the main concerns- favoritism etc. Right? those were answered, weren't they. And there is a detailed survey on the way, isnt there. what did we really want from Bhaskar? a personal thank-you note and essay for each and every post? yaar, i am not interested in the warm-fuzzy touchy-feely stuff, i m more interested in the things i put down in the survey.

Abhi shanti look adi bhai and jaya di are just trying to put their point of view and i dont think anybody should have any problems with that.everyone is allowed to speak here isint it no one has even stopped you from proving ur point u r free to do so.If adi bhai and jaya di's point of view further proves that the replies made by bhaskar bhai are correct what is the harm in that

Bhaskar tht statement was not in support of mods but in support of the name of the thread......

the title itself makes clear that its for mods responses....... they could have posted it in the thread which was opened by Adi.... and it would not have harmed.... I dont want this to be mud slinging thread but a contextual thread between mods and members
