I m with jadoo ji, here, many of us have left in a silent manner 4 various reasons. I personally only visit if something graps my attention. 4 me personally school/work load is a reason so have limited time.

Other reasons(not mine only)

As many said, its not as it used tobe!(I will leave it at that)..Since we used to have virtual threads, inspirational threads, yet there were some who objected stating it was not involving all members or related, to music, etc..? The clubs have a new home so many like me are there.

Right now, we have threads that our not to everyone's likings. Not all us whocome here share the same interests. We are not robots.

Presently, we are lacking variety, that was here once, and is needed again.

The sare ga ma show was to unite us, rather, it has separated us into groups, and so on. The show was a way to showcase talent, instead it has the opposite effect.

Now, most of us stay quiet and say let the place run how it wants(since many wish not to argue), and think to ourselves, we have option to go and many have silently left.

I agree thet most of members are not visiting this thread as they have been scattered into different sections like:fan clubs or chat corner now.Earlier we use to have all at the same place and everyone used to be here and enjoy😊.Now few members come they only visit celebrity corner ,a few just visit chat corner and a few just SRGM section and then they don't find what they are looking for,and they tend to leave😭.Earlier when members used to log -in here they used to find variety at one place,now they have to go to 10 different places for 10 different things.

I think very valid points have been raised by many like GG, Rani, Angie and others that we do not have enough variety in the forum these days...😕

I think our SRGMP forum is unique in the way as we have different people coming for totally different reasons here... some want just to discuss the current show (lil champ in this case), some want to still debate Debo vs Vinit and UA vs BS, some want to search more musical treasure-houses, some are here just for MOTW (its unique in our section), some others are here for masti, fun and interacting with other members...

At one point of time, we did have all this and all (most of them) were happy (well some will always crib) - but again the very volatile that our section is, a lot of it had to go away to maintain sanity in the place... I think our Mods used to be under fire from Admin those days, now because of the stricter rules - they have some breathing space😊

The bottomline is - we cannot please all, but we need to see what we can do best within the given constraints... Many of us have suggested that things will be fine once C2007 starts.. May be it will, but what do we do till then? It wont really be nice if we further loose more members by that time... We have to keep the momentum going... And for that we do need variety... Even HR debates seem to be so repeatative these days and lot of us who used to actively participate in the same earlier, keep away from that... 😕

Since moving away the fan clubs to a separate section has been a decision across the forum, not just our section - may be we will not be able to bring them back... But there are other things I think we should do...

For sure, we need to relax some rules..😊 Definitely we need to have some fun and member interactive topics in this section - these exist elsewhere in other sections and so there is no reason why they should not be here... This will also give a chance for all to interact and members can get over the feel of being left out...😃

As for the program related discussions, we should probably let loose our emotions a little more and should not always be thinking whether what I am saying sounds sweet or not..😳 Yes, we still should not abuse other contestants and their fans, but we can show stronger support to whom we feel deserving...👍🏼

I think, we should think of some more creative topics related to the show...😛 Is Gajji the only soap-opera specialist?😆 Why dont some of us try our hands there?😉

We should continue to have the pure musical threads too as these are the invaluable threads we certainly dont want to miss out on...😊

I think - this thread is a golden opportunity to consolidate ideas on 'what' we should do to make it rocking again, and not just restrict ourselves to find 'why' its not what it was...😊 I am only hoping that the Mods will be receptive to the good ideas and do whatever it takes to make the section ticking again... 😊

Rani, thanks for considering me popular, based on what though I have no clue,however I will take it as a compliment coming from you.😳 Yaar , first and foremost ,when i joined here,no one knew me ,but after having spent more than a year and three quarters,if people still do not recognise me, it will be a shocker ,wont it?

For those of you who think "popular "members are heard- well , we did not become popular in just a day ,right ? we also passed through every stage from a newbie to a rockerz and may be in this growing phase the so called "popular" members have posted something sensible for people to turn and take notice and listen to them. Popularity is earned guys,not granted .

But here like I told snowflake the topic is not who is more polular, but what do we want to do about the lull... sit on the side and let it continue, try our best to evaluate ourselves and see what we are lacking and suggest ideas to improve the situation.

So lets all get together to try to help in making the forum rocking again..

Rani. ..you toh dont talk...😆..you have ragged me the most..remember the clip I had to make all becoz of you...😡😆😆..and i also miss our dreaming days...remember the imagination at its best in some western dress thread i think, where you and me made the craziest story ever...😆

There are lots of issues here and I write short so I will not delve into them but will leave you with some of my one liners that ought to be food for thought to all here - some of you writing here know exactly what I mean:

1. Cannibalism leads to extinction of a species
2. There are ppl walking around here with "Abh thak Chappan" on their foreheads.
3. The Havaldaar, the Thanedaar and the Chaukidaar are all in cahouts with each other making the others feel like outsiders.
4. This was a robust Forum in October or so when I joined - now I just reply my PMs and walk away - I am sure there are a lot of ppl like me doing just that.

Adi just a question. Where does IIT come here. How does studying in IIT have any reference to this.

Infact it has gone above my head too even though I am an IITian.......
