hi everyone
Today is the elimination round 😭😭 Cant see this children getting eliminated like this... But i just hope they all have a very successfull carrer...
The show begins as usual with the title song of the Little champs... Shaan is sitting along with the 4 contestants - Sanchita, Abhro, Diwakar and Sameer... Everyone is looking sad because one of them have to get eliminated... None of the contestants wants to comment on this except Diwakar... Diwakar says, "They all have shared a very good bond in all these months and they have to accept what ever happens today"... Still everyone are sad and Shaan tries to cheer them up...
In the meanwhile Kailash Kher enters the stage singing toota toota ek parinda aise toota... Oh wow! what a song everyone had to get cheered after this for sure... He cheers all the contestants and wishes them good luck...
Performance by Pawni and Shraddha
As pawni and Shraddha got double promotion yesterday, they sing a song together... they sing morini bhagama bole aadhi raat ma from lamhe.. Awesome performance 👏 Pawni was too good. and so was Shraddha...
Today's Special
All are wearing traditional folk dresses, and so today's special is folk/Sufi songs... All the contestants have prepared for both the songs and one chit will be picked from the paltu pitara(a bowl) and they have to sing that particular song...
Performance by Contestants:
Participant number 1 - Diwakar
Kailash Kher picks the chit for Diwakar... He gets to sing Folk song - Dholi Taro.. He was good but lacked feelings... He sang the whole song without any mistakes...
Grades and Comments:
Kailash: Very suprised... Its a very tough composition and sang very easily... All audience and cheering him and so Diwakar asks them to keep quite...
Bappida: There was some throat problem today.. The high notes were not taken well due to this problem.. Gives B+
Alka: Lack expressions.. No punch in the song.. Gives B+
Abhijeet: My parinaam patrika(the marksheet) says u by-hearted the song but didnot sing well.. Gives B+
Shaan cheers him by saying it was very difficult song and very brave attempt by Diwakar
Participant number 2 - Sameer
Kailash Kher had to leave because of some commitment and so he leaves the show...
Bappida selects the chit for Sameer and its a folk song which he wanted... He sings akhiyaan udeek diyaan.. He was good...
Grades and Comments:
Alka: Sang very well... There was no balance.. The high notes were very high and low notes were very low.. Gives A
Abhijeet: You are very calculative.. Says doesnt know, but knows everything.. he can sing any type of song... Gives A+
Bappida: Calls him and gives him a big hug and Sameer gets blessings from all the judges.. Gives A+
Participant number 3 - Sanchita
Alka picks the chit for Sanchita... The song is Piya re Piya re of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan... A beautiful song and she sang well too... An AV was shown where the participants had gone to a mosque
Grades and Comments:
Abhijeet: Have a terrific command over sur, performance and singing.. Gives A
Bappida: Very well sung.. Was in sur in whole song.. Gives A
Alka: The same problem as before... The sur was sharp at times... But overall very good performance... Gives A
Shaan asks which is the favourite song of Bappida in folk music... Bappida says its bengali and sings a few lines of a bengali song...
Participant Number 4 - Abhrokanti
Abhrokanti is wearing a dhoti and kinda looking really cute 😛 He wants to sing a sufi song and Abhijeet picks the song - Teri Deewani from the album of Kailash Kher.. He is singing awesome 👏
Grades and Comments:
Bappida: Was totally lost and went into a new world.. Praises him a lot.. Gives A+
Alka: Saraswati maa's aashirwad is always there with you... Gives A+
Abhijeet: Dhoti pehna hain aur sabko dhodaala... Sang very well.. Gives A+
So, Abhrokanti gets 3 A+ and gets a gift hamper too 👏
Contestants Back?
Shaan asks the judges is there any chance of bringing back the contestants? The judges say they need some time... Bappida and Alka say when that decision has to be taken it will be taken.. Abhijeet says after this episode i feel no other contestants can be brought again... These contestants stand from 1 to 10... Shaan says that surely there should be sometime given for the judges to decide but this was put forward as they are recieving lot of mails and letters for bringing back the contestants....
Performance by Aatima and Sharmishta
Aatima and Sharmishta are two contestants who are selected after the audition at various places... Aatima is from delhi and sings dil ka khilona haaye toot gaya and Sharmishta sings Kaisi paheli hain yeh...
They showed a message saying: "There will be SRGMP lil champ telecasted this sunday from 9 to 5 non stop" 👏
Results:
This is the toughest moment.. First Abhijeet announces the name of Abhrokanti as he got 3 A+ today through to the final 5 then Alka announces Sameer's name.. The last announcement is given to Bappida... He goes to the stage and announces that Sanchita is in...
He hugs Diwakar and encourages him, everyone give a standing avation for him and encourages him a lot... All the judges come to the stage, a small AV on his tour in SRGMP lil champs is shown.. Oh my god tears were running from my eyes... He said at last that he will come back one day... And all of them sing ek pyaar ka nagma hain...
Diwakar we wish u All The Best... We know u will come up one day and become a great singer and wish all the dreams come true for u one day...
