There is going to be a competition on IF. The competition is totally open where the teams can be asked questions from History to Math to Movies to Sports to Music to anything you can think on the world. They may be asked to sing, act, write stories, cook or any other competitive act.

You have been given the task to form at least 5 teams (you may form more), each with 4 IF members. You have to form the teams so that they are equal in strength and well equipped to perform any event.

- Please form these teams

- Give them some interesting names

- Allot 4 members to each – one of them being the captain

- Identify the key strengths of each of the members

- Justify why you think that these teams can work best internally

- Why do you think they are completely at par with the other teams?

Team 1:

Math Team - ALGOS(Algebric logrithmic geomentric operating system)

1. Pallavi - She is a math prof, if not her then who

2. Noopur - Smart kid of a smart mom.. Mom takes a leap and the daughter takes 10 leaps... Why not choose her.. Her mom will always guide her and moreover, she is tooo intelligent in maths

3. Abhi - A math person who can prove things well and has the best knowledge in maths tooo... he has ability to fight and prove the concepts.

4. Srianne - Do any intelligent ppl need introduction 😉 We all know about the skills possessed by Sri di... She can be a boon to her team and she can think logically also for some questions put fwd in a different way...

Team leader - Srianne.. she know much more abt the IF members and know the tactics each member will follow in asking questions

Team 2:

Debate Team - Rennisance(meaning communication)

1. Manju - She is experienced and we have seen her perform debates here in IF.. She can be a very strong support to the team as she is enthusiastic

2. Deep - The man with ideas... He can develop his own ideas and is a very good debater and a person who can put fwd the ideas in a better way...

3. Shady - Proves the point on the target.. You give him any point he will accept if right and if not he can do anything to prove you wrong...

4. Priya - How can i leave out a lawyer frm a debate team 😉

Team Leader - Deep - initiator in many ways

Team 3:

IT Team - SMTP(Synchronous message passing team protocol) though SMTP also means Simple mail transfer protocol.. this is apt

1. Jaya - IITian and a person who can analyse things put to her and ask questions on the questions 😉

2. Anu - A fresher who has innovative ideas and can have a good communication with the team

3. Bhaskar - IITian who has all knowledge and can maintain the team coordination

4. Anol - Owns a company.. ofcourse he will know things much better.. an analyst by birth, proving ability

Team Leader - Anol - Can coordinate with members in a very easy fashion and always avoid any misunderstanding in the team

Team 4

Creative Team - JADS(the first letter of each member name)

1. Jadoo - He is a creative writer and so why not include this person who has lot of creative skills...

2. Daisy - Makes creative banners and has good ability to portray things very well... Also can maintain the coordination in the team

3. Adi - A Creative person who can create the creativitiy.. He can imagine things well and do accordingly...

4. SDK - A very creative kid whose brain works faster than a jet.. He can create things very well..

Team Leader - Daisy - More creative than all

Team 5

Music Team - MJBT(malhar, jhijhotni,bhairavi,thumri)

1. Vijay - Has all knowledge about music and can give in lot of analysis on musical things.. Explains the concepts very well

2. Qwest - A person who does lot of reading and has a lot of knowledge on music..

3. Barnali - Do i need to give any explanation for this.. She and her hard disk is more than sufficient

4. Abhilash - Has good knowledge on ragas and music

Team Leader - Barnali - Communicate well with the team

Trinasorous... I am sure, jurassic park will allow me.. or else i will take it to any multinational company whr thr r already many dinosaurs available

A Pumpkin because it cannot move as its very heavy and the squash will runaway from the fight as its liquid.. So, the pumpkin is the default winner..

5. Did video really kill the radio star?Explain it...

May be yes... but radios still exists.. Why do we have Retro Cafe, Why do we have FMs.. This is because radios are handy while we travel in car or just wanna listen to some good music... Radios have not died... They still exists among the common man.. Only thing is they are less compared to videos as we get to see a picture in video which makes more sense to common man who is watching cricket or any other programs...
