2. Why do we call people who do not have house and shift places as "Nomads"? Do we want to specify that they are not mads "By saying this arent we rude to them" I don't think so.. according to me it is just a word..

3. India has a lot of talent hidden.. All these talent are either hidden or they go out of India... statistics say that NASA has many Indians working there.. If you are the Prime Minister of India, what all steps would you take to keep the talent in India and steps to bring up the hidden talent? by creating new industries, opening new jobs, offering attractive pay.. also by improving living standarts... I can simply type it here Anu but this is a very diffciult task.. Brain drain is going on .. will be there..
