Hi Friends,

I have created a playlist of Nihira-Parthiv-Himani's songs from the Amar Sangeet Concert, that have been uploaded on youtube, by Vinaya Ji and her son Dileep, (my friend) Shailesh and me. Its at

The order of the videos in the playlist is exactly as in the concert (thanks to the update by Pallaviji 👏 at

https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/sa-re-ga-ma-pa-singing-superstar/317201/nihira-concert-update, of course I couldnt depend on my memory!!), though we are missing some songs by Himani (I did not record, rationing my tape stock 😭 )and the last 2 songs, one by Parthiv and Mile Sur Mera Tumhara - which all 3 sang together. The reason being cameras were running out of battery power or tape (as in my case...had power though 😃). Shailesh might have the missing Himani songs, and some of the the end that I recorded on his tape. I hope he will upload them and then I will add to the playlist....till then.. ENJOY the show !!! and Please feel free to comment...

Oh yes, apologies in advance for my shaky recordings... Its all my 9yr-old's fault 😉.

P.S. When you go the above playlist (URL) you can choose/click on "play all videos"...this will open up the first video in the playlist and also on the right of the video you, in "explore more videos" you will see all the videos listed in order, you can click on any of them to go to it directly.

I told her what I wrote about her shaky recording and about your reply.. and she told me "Mummy you got paid back"😳 .. she wanted to read your post for herself and was happy for the support. 😛

You are too kind...and it shows in your posts and in your id too. I dont post on I-Fs much and so dont "know" most of you...but am getting to .. Vinaya Ji, Varsha Ji, Pallavi Ji and few others. Can you "introduce" the mature/real music lovers on this forum to me? ..or is it a Herculean task? Love the DZB id too..and all the hardwork he does of uploading audio and video. Thanks!! its very motivating for me.

BTW, enjoyed reading about your meeting with the Hyderabadi cousins. I am hoping to see HC and HB perform in Boston on the 16th... Can I use your name and get backstage 😊 ?? You can use mine 😉 to see Nihira when she comes your way. Seems like Mr. Daljit will be bringing the Amar Sangeet kind of show to the west coast in April next year.
