Nope .... don't think so. It's not unlawful and no royalties are involved. Freedom of expression gives any indian to impersonate any other indian in their get-up as long as he doesn't use the name of others and doesn't cause any harm .... He uses his own identity 'Rimesh' and sings songs ... so that's fine and he can choose whatever look he wants even though it may be a carbon copy of an existing someone.

Yes, I defend to the say, that what he is doing is immoral. He could have aped Anu Malik or AR Rehman but to ape the 'baap' of all nasal kings, Mr. Reshammiyan is surely immoral !!!!

Entering a parliament without a proper ticket is illegal and hence the clone was arrested. Not for aping someone. If that was the case, then all the duplicate 'filmstars' who make a living out of impersonality the original one at various functions would have been arrested.
