Another thing about aloo posto and ilish maach bhaja is that not many people outside Bengal eat them.. hence UA aren't getting many votes outside Bengal either 😉

As opposed to the Tandoori chicken which is eaten all over India.. and hence the votes

Its taste carries its name far and wide and it is the hot favourite of many non bengalis as well as non Indians.

As we all know jo bikta hain humesha in numbers always not necessarily mean "the best" ..right??😛

My Canadian friends love aloo posto a lot..Mom says never to tell them of the ingredient..who knows if someone goes and sues!!!😆
