It depends what is the range of scale, if it is from 0 to .15, then it is a big improvement.

The whole 'Abhijeet known for being frank' is just BS (no pun intended). Being honest and straightforward doesn't mean one has to be rude or negative towards someone's efforts. If there is going to be any criticism given, it has to be something encouraging and helpful... especially to young and new performers like these. Abhijeet needs to concentrate less on how his arrogant straightforward opinions will affect his stature and more on how it will be affecting the performers.
