Why Debo is different

He's got a voice that is inconsistent at times(atleast during the challenge 2005), gave a presentation which was not as smooth as by someone like a Vinit or a Hemachandra, sometimes lacked energy (which may be natural because he's married). But if everyone sings at his best then Debojit is the best among them, because he's got a melodios voice. Even then these are some of the reasons I think he was able to reach the people.

1. If your song has to reach the other person you should sing with out any ego. Vinit,Hemachandra and some others thought they had a great voice and were not at all humble in their singing.

2.Debo quickly takes the listeners in to the mood of the song.For him the music is greater than the singer.

3.Debo sang most of his songs by understanding the lyrics,which was very evident. It goes to show the relation between literature and music.

4.Finally why debo was able to keep himself calm? .Because Debo was not really striving to fullfill his mother's dream in a short span.He was ready for strugle beyond SRGMPchallenge2005. His aim was really to become a wellknown good singer, but not merely becoming a winner of a contest. He knows that life is a big process, not aiming at a bird's eye with an arrow.
