Can somebody help me?

Actually i'm searching on web for Jagjit Singh ji's song 'Tammana phir machal jaaye agar tum milne aa jao "

But without the name of the album or film to which this song belongs ,it's very difficult to find it out.

Can somebody tell me the name of the album or film.Plz write if u know.
