Oh man Debo, the one with the complete heart of gold, the one who didn't play dirty tactics to win votes, the VERSATILE singer (Vinit can't sing pop songs for the life of him, sorry!), the absolutely adorable guy won. I am SO happy that Debo won, he completely deserved it.

I am absolutely furious with Vinit. He lost, and I understand he was upset, but he didn't have to act like a sore loser on stage -- when you're on stage, the whole nation is watching you, including people from foreign countries, you have to put on a brave face and smile. The guy didn't say congratulations to Debo -- it was Debo who grabbed Vinit and hugged him. Vinit is young, I get it. But he's not mature. Debo is so mature and professional, the guy is amazing. The way Vinit acted on stage was not acceptable. He should have smiled and clapped for Debo -- he would have won my respect back if he had acted gracious. I remember for American Idol 1, when Kelly Clarkson won, Justin Guarini was absolutely SO gracious, that even Oprah said you won so many people's hearts that night because you were just so gracious it was completely amazing of you.

It was a big loss for Vinit, but I just really wish he would acted better on stage instead of sulked in a corner. He should have been the one clapping Debo on the back and smiling with him.

I'm thrilled that Debo has won. The guy's voice is gorgeous and he is such an amazing guy inside. Yeah Debo!!!!👏

i can understand what he was going through...its really heart breaking...

You are right! Vinit does not know how to lose gracefully - this is the second time he showed he is does not deserve - even to be runners up!

no i've already said i completely agree with you, it is heartbreaking, but you have to understand that once you're in front of the camera, you automatically turn into an actor. milions and millions of people are watching you, and you HAVE to keep your spirit up no matter what! it's called sportsmanship -- and sadly, Vinit has none. I absolutely understand how Vinit must be feeling, but the guy just didn't act like a team player on stage. I was just SO disappointed in the fact that DEBO had to go to Vinit. It's ALWAYS the other way around, and Vinit was just so....childish on stage that it really bugged me. Have you ever heard of the WINNER congratulating the people who lost? It's always the other way around, and I didn't like that about Vinit today. It was just so disappointing.

I totally agree with you...Vineet was acting like a huge suck..and the way he was clinging to Himesh, was pretty pathetic... he's 17 he's not 5.. learn how to lose gracefully man..

Honestly, Debo seems like such a nice down to earth guy.. i'm so happy he won..his song was dirtyyyyy!!!! Great composition and he sounded amazinggggg!!! I'm sooo happy he won,

of course i dont know what really happened on stage, so i can only hope for vinit's sake that he had the grace to at least congratulate debojit. it requires courage to accept defeat gracefully but that's what shows class and character.
