this is big square mithai with very thin layer. Bombay is very famous for that. people call them as 'bombay halva ' too

Karanjya is curve-shaped.Like I can say it looks like half-moon with lots of scrapped coconut and sugar inside it. Now you must have got it

coconut powder, powdered sugar, Suji put in a enclosing of flour and fried

Also mumbai ka ice-halwa is called as Mahim ka Halva(flat layered sweet)
