The final stages are like do or die hence they should not have current
singers as judges because they hope to get work from both ID and HR and
hence their judgment can not be 100% impartial. In the final stages the
judges must be selected from senior, retired singers who may not
have any vested interests. And bigger in status than the mentors.

If HR hypes VINIT its wrong and if ID tries to get Debo sympathy votes its okay a few examples

It was literally a dhamki given by ID as he saw that Debo is lagging behind Vinit. After that all the new singers started giving equal marks to both the singers.
