no parineetha..your heart does not go out to the people of NE....if it did your heart would also have gone out to people from the north/south and west zone who had also voted for Debojit and the other contestants...

hmm.. Frankly speaking, their is nothing for Hema fans to envy about Debo. And regarding NE i really envy their unity. hats off to u guys :)

yes...i will buy debo's cds..if I can commit the cardinal sin of buying HR cd songs..i definitely can spend my dollars on such a fine singer...and yes..for vinit songs (i am sure he will sing only remixes)..u go ahead and pay your due fines for supporting him by buying his cds

Mr. Mahesh is the editor of Outlook. Do you know what that means? It means he has a brain your half-cooked sugarcoated brains cannot dream of matching. When he says Vinit sings bad, it means he sings bad. Period.
Accept the fact that -

1) Debojit defeated Vinit in Fame2005.
2) In the prelim rounds, when contestants had to be chosen for the Agnipariksha, Vinit and Debo sang together, and Vinit got a yellow, Debo got a green

You won't see this, because your eyes are clouded by fluff. Fluff called Love, Maa, Topi, Glamour. You people are hell bent upon dividing India. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

If you try using that thing called 'Brain', then you'll see that even if Debojit got less PERCENTAGE of votes from rest of india, his TALLY of NUMBER OF VOTES was HIGHER than the others. Why doesn't that little fact fit into your heads? 😡

if it was so tht vinit is a bad singer thn vinit wud not have been lucky enough to get 10/10 most of the times in the mentometre....

n PLEASE dun blame us for diving INDIA....we too luv our country as much as u love it....infact i guess we luv it more bcuz tender(young) hearts r always filled with love.....

I am not a fan of either one of the three just a very ardent sa re ga ma viewer and I am not an authority on music. although I had never really liked his voice.( people! pls. stop calling him sonu or rafi clone)I was quite impressed by some of vineet's performances like patta patta buta buta, tera jadoo..., etc. and I had thought this guy is amazing. he used to sing with a lot of feel and I guess that's what had appealed to public's ears and he got all the votes. but, lately none of his performances have had the same kind of punch. if he or his mentor was expecting higher no. of votes then it was their shortsightedness.
On the other hand debo and hema's performances have improved. they have attempted more challenging songs and have sung them really well. You can't help but notice that they have better voice quality than vineet.
I especially liked the last few performances of debojeet before all the drama happened in spite of the fact that his voice cracked. and what has actually surprised me is not the fact that he got most no. of votes but that he didn't get most no. of votes from all over India. Also, I am intrigued that how come this north- east awakening was so sudden. In the previous episode he hadn't got these many votes. Were the votes from north-east also based on his superb performance? We shouldn't be complaining then. as far as I am concerned the voting has been fair. I am a north indian living in australia and i would have voted for Debo.

P.s.- My favourite was Himani but I think her last couple of performances- main yahan tu wahan, aaja ve mahi were not that good and she got voted out.
