These are very strong derogatory statements, & we most certainly should avoid such degraded remarks on any one person, state or community.....

Before we make such comments, we need to be sensitive & considerate towards other members in this forum.

It is so ironic that on one hand people condemn HR for promoting Vinit so much & on the other people are requested to follow HR's example.

There is no such rule that everyone should watch saregamapa, south india has equally popular musical talent shows amongst their very many TV channels. Think about the Shankar mahadevans, hariharan, AR rehaman, ... they did not have to lick anyones feet,😡,& they are all south indians.

Come on, Hema winning or losing is just another show for zeetv, for crying out loud.

We need not create boundaries amongst ourselves as north, southe east west, let us vote together as one nation.

I do apologise if this post of mine has inadvertantly hurt anyone.

But I blame the fake mentors who gave Vineet high marks when he did not
deserve. The public is swayed by this fraudulent marking system.
Sometimes I feel like filing a lawsuit on behalf of talented singers who were
not given equal support.

Very well said mdroy!

More than anyone else I blame the mentors and whoever is responsible for organizing the show and for giving so much rope to the mentors.

The first time one of the mentors threatened to quit, they should have let him go and replaced him with another.

When agnipariksha round came it should have been a combination of public voting + judges marks and judges who have musical knowledge. The mentors should never been allowed to assess the opposite gharana's contestants. This just lead to utter chaos, bias, goading comments, childish behavior, and backstabs.

Anyway now it is too little too late, I hope at least the next time around they would improvise on all these shortcomings.

This is so true, even in my friend circle I heard so many time but "But
Vinit got 10 and Hema only 8" - well I hope they hear from heart and then
decide. Not sure when we will stop the regional bias, I am a north indian
and both me and my husband fell in love with his voice the moment we
heard it and have supported him since.

But now the real challenge starts, mukabala tho ab shuru hota hai! We will
see who gets the most singing contracts and makes a mark.

Ha Ha.. guys talking very piscologically (???). Bottomline is Debo and Vinit won it only because of their own region. Whatever you say it doesn't matter. Yes unless we pin-point ourselves, we never improve. So saying that, I still hold on my statement. Ofoucrse, couple of them gave really good comments. But on the whole it is SOUTH which is the biggest loser. Just imagine, how are the Southern (even MEGA) heros been treated in the fake awards ceremony.People should grow. Just striking it off but still regionalising under conver is not called TOGETHERNESS. If they were voted by eminent judges, UNDERSTOOD. But by some stupid people.

Thanks for reading. Acutally it is Mrs. Roy. I need to change my handle
to MrsMDROY.

I am also a lawyer and there is a thing in law called, Res Ipsa Loquitor - -
it speaks for itself.

If I had to take this court I would simply whip out the Kapil Dev episode
where Vineet when off sure at least 3 times then made the exteremely
obvious mistake missing the pick up on Mein Wapas Aaonga. then the
mentors gave him 9 or 10 - -maybe bothe 10's. It isn outrageous
because if I caught that mistake, they did too. In that same episode,
Hema got less marks for Hai Rama which is a more difficult song and he
sang it much better. That is just exhibit !.

Ha ha.. the points given by mentors is a BIG JOKE. They just got their personal stuff over there and in turn screwed the competitiveness and Hema's confidence.

Your statement is so right. India must first learn to shed the regional bias and vote for the worthy. We INdians are highly emotional and we are told to support our kins no matter what. I guess that is the main reason why the contestants get maximum votes from their regions. For most supporting someone out of their region is like back-stabbing one of their own. The day we learn to rise above this sentiment and vote more based on talent, we will see more wothy winners.

i totally agree with u...its not abt south east west north....what matters is when people vote they shud have voted for someone with a genuinely great voice. and hema had that, but i guess people preferred to watch more drama and then like the person....

i wont say vinit is bad but definteely is not better than hema. although i am very very upset that hema is out i think what matters is that he amde a mark, a lot of jugdes did get to see his talent, and i am sure he can make it big with his own immense talent and wudltn need any dramebaaz Mentor to help him make it big...
