Is mentors score a correct indicator?

I personally feel, the mentors score is not a correct indicator to the performance at this moment in the show. As all the mentors are biased to one or other and score is being given accordingly.

Hema - HR doesnt support much and will see that he will always score less than Vinit, ID is neutral and doesnt provide moral support even if Hema gives best performance.

Debo - AS and HR are against.

Vinit - AS neutral, ID bit more supportive and more inclination to than Hema.

HR will not support anybody except Vinit as long as Vinit is in the race.

Even, I think...ID is also having biased nature...look at how he behaves differently with Vinit and Hema.
