Hema gave his unique interpretation to the song "Dil duya Hai", and sang in a mellow style because he is a true artist. Only a true artist does things in his own way and does not bow down to the expectations of the public. Hema ko apna muqaddar mil jayega, kabhie naa kabhie. even if he does not win the competition. Basically we shouldnt care at this point. He is already no 1 in our hearts. Still, KEEP VOTING for HEM.

All said and done, lets go to sleep tonight with this happy thought in our minds that Rahul vaidya is in fact doing much better than Abhijeet Sawant. Hema fans will understand what I mean. Although I will keep praying for Hema to reach the finals, but the writing is on the wall. I am preparing my mind for the worst.

(Tomorrow we have Subhash Ghai as one of the judges. He is dangerous. He is the one who rejected 80 tunes of R.D Burman when the latter needed him the most and gave his Ram Lakhan to Laxmikant Pyarelal and damaging RD's career and morale in the process. He is a hardcore fan of the LP camp. It does not take a whole lot of IQ to guess whom he will praise and support tomorrow. So goo night)

I thought of giving a primer on today's (26th Jan) Episode. We all know Hemachandra as a good singer but with his today's performance he has shown how honest he is.

Hem's first Performance:
========================

Today's show started with Hem's first song (Dil diya hi from Karma), Hem started off really well,he was not trying to copy the original one, he tried to sing in his own style. He somehow (might be due to tension) forgot some words in the middle of the song, but covered really well.

It should have been one of the best songs from Hem if he had not missed/forgot any words, but at the of the day, hats off to Hem for singing the song in his own style and not trying to copy original. Opponent mentors gave only 5/10 because of this small error. But if we look into the reality, this is not at all a big problem for a playback singer. They should have tried to look into the sur, Taal and laya which is maintained all through the song. At this point, AS gave his comments saying, he has original voice and he sung in his original style instead of copying the original song. He mentioned at this point of the competition, if Hem wanted he should have taken one more take to finish the song smoothly, but he continued with his song, which shows his honesty towards singind and even the competition.

I think this time Zee is wise enough to choose a beautiful/intelligent judge who has some knowledge about music. Priyanka righly said that forgetting words is not a big problem and he can coverup with his next song. She said Hem is good, he did not try to copy the original but he tried to sing the song in his own way.

First Performance Rating

1) Debo (Was too good with his attempt. He sounded really well)
2) Vinit (Was just OK. I dont know why judges like him so much)
3) Hem (Was really good in his original style but slipped a coupla words)

Though Hem is good at this point of competition i can rate him 3rd on his first performance

Hem's second performance
========================
Hem rocked with his second performance. He has shown everyone what his caliber is. He has sung the most difficult song of the show (AR Rahman's Vandemataram). He started very well and he was just flawless. He has sung superbly. He too good at both high and low notes. Priyanka said, it is such a difficult song, and listening carefully whether she can catch any mistake but she could not catch any. Kudos Hem, way to go.

Second performance rating:

1) Hem (He just rocked. He was too good)
2) Vinit (Again just OK)
3) Debo (Debo was too bad in this song, He missed a word and his voice is breaking all over)

If he wants, hem should have taken one more take (as told by AS in the show) finish his first perfomance on a flawless note, but he stick to his performance and went ahead with it, this clearly shows his honesty.

Here i wanted to give mention about both the opponent mentors

HR: I dont know when his dramabhaji is going to end. Today he saying something really silly. He went to Vinit (asusual drama shuru), and asked will you come forward when nation needs you? Is that a question to ask, Every indian will be ready to serve for india if they get a chance. He asks the people of india, that investing in Vinit is investing in India, please vote for him. I think he should have been in politics, he should have become a minister by this time. I dont know how long this guy try to play these cheap gimmicks and emotional black mailing for the sake of votes.

ID: ID again proved that he is a guy of double standards. Today when Hem forgot coupla words in his song, he gave 5 and when Debo performed his song very badly and when opponent mentors gave less rating, this guy started saying, "mera hisab se tho 9. Galti tho sabse hota hi, sab log galthiya karthe hi, jantha bi galthiya karthi hi, koyi baath nahin gabranein ki".

When Hem did a mistake he gave 5 and when Debo did more mistakes than Hem, he said he will give 9, because everyone makes mistake. I just wanted to bring this to point because, many people think that he is the only respectable judge among the three.

From today's show i can say straight away that AS is much better gentleman than ID.



Guyz, last but not the least, in tomorrow's episode, the opponent mentors will give the choice of their song, which need to be sung by each participate. I think it will be really good to listen to those songs.


Guys Shaan today announced that they will accumulate this week's votes and last week's votes to decide the final two. So the final two is not yet decided.

Keep voting for Hem. We should see the genuinly talented singer like Hema in final. Please keep on voting for him again and again.

aboout all of them are dramabaji, don't AS's side just coz' he is Hemu's mentor.. they all gave Nihira 9 on couple of her great songs like saathi re... so they all are same..... no one is there for you all are paid to seat there.....
