Well i understood what alaap is, can anyone explain how to practise for alaap, i mean its something which if you know how to perform you can amaze the listeners, so please anyone can help me how to perform it, or how to practise the alaap.

i do listen to them but still there must be some way to practice it, i mean any style or something so that i can do it with ease after a lot of practice
