It took Apes 10,000 years to evolve into humans.....it will take vineet 10,000 births before he starts thinking of singing like Md. Rafi.

hi everyone.
whatever u say. whether ur a big fan of vinit or not but people will compare them. because of the similarities of voice.
but it will not harm his carrer. infact it will help his carrier so greatly that i feel vinit will establish more quickly then anybody.

even sonu nigam changed his original voice to sound more similer to rafi and now he is the biggest singer of india.

That is what I like about this kid, when HR not present he speaks well, looks like a good kid(the fans make him look like a second coming of ..., makes a lot of people dislike him, that is another story)

This quote and another quote where he says he thinks Himani and Hema are better than him or another quote about Nihira shows he is a good kid, however, the over marketing is driving a lot of people nuts I guess

My point is sometimes if you start comparing somebody with a legend it backfires..Vinit knows he cannot be compared to Rafi and he has made statement to that effect...but some zealous fans would do it and wont help his cause..

i think his fans lose a lot of credibility by making that comparison. i find him good, but i find nothing in his voice which reminds me of rafi saab. the fans are doing the chota nawaab a disservice. my view fwiw

Does anybody not think that Vinit sounds like a kid..
a very 13-15 yrs post pubescent voice..
And that is his biggest flaw
a good Voice is the minimum requirement to be a singer..
I think he sings good but his voice is very banal..

Forget Rafi.. I would not even compare him to any of the top 12 as far as voice is concerned..
